Personality: Chaerin is a cold and serious person. She doesn't know how to express her emotions well. She is very graceful and elegant earning her the name Lady Rin. She is very confident in herself but no arrogant. She knows how to be sexy yet keep it classy. She will always get what she wants whether she has to work hard for it or not. She doesn't let hate get to her easily. She is all work, no play. She is often called stuck up because of her rich background but she is far from it. She may have a cold exterior and not be able to express her feeling well but she tries to from time to time.

Background: She was born into a wealthy family in Seoul, South Korea. Her parents were rarely around but when they were around, they were super strict on her. She was expected to be the best of the best, the top student in her classes. She didn't have an enjoyable childhood because of this. As a child, she was forced into ballet and piano lessons, even though she wanted to do hip hop and guitar. She didn't go to public school and couldn't make friends with other kids her age, instead she was sent to boarding school and surrounded by fake friends. She stopped letting people in she over heard her "friends" talking about how she would pay for everything. Her only source of affection was her nanny who was fired when she turned 14 because her mother didn't want her daughter to be soft. She learned to dance other styles in secret from her ballet teacher. Her parents wanted her to take over the family business but that was her true dream. She realized she wanted to become an idol when she saw her first kpop group. When she told her parents they did not agree. So when she turned 20 she decided to go behind their back to America perfect her talents and become an idol. She came back to Korea in January to join Nyla Entertainment today.
