Germany is a country in central Europe which can be identified as a continental, if not global superpower. It has a history lasting several centuries and many dark parts. Germany is well known for its beer and bratwurst (sausage). Its language, Deutsch (German, pronounced "doich"), is a close language to English, since they both are Germanic languages.
