I can't begin to imagine what you're going through, but I'm beginning to understand how loud silence could be. I'll give you time and I'll be here when you're ready, I promise. I'm so glad that you are here, even though we haven't met. You matter a lot to this world, especially us. I know it's hard to go through, but don't give up. No matter how dark your days get, I'll be here for you. I'm just a text away. Don't let the darkness steal the beautiful person you have inside. This isn't your first or last dark time, because I know you can get through this one, with us. Even though we're not there, hugs will be given when the sun comes up. I can't pretend to know what you're going through, but you aren't alone and you are cared for. You are never a burden, you are loved and I know things are hard right now, but that's OK, you don't have to do this alone. Remember who you were before the darkness stole your light. You will NOT let these bad thoughts win. You are important to our life. Do what you can do right now, and no more than that, that's all the universe expects of you. You are NEVER a disappointment to us. Is there anything we can do? If you want to talk about it we will listen as a whole, because we will never go anywhere and will always have your back.
