Chapter 3

~The Next Day~

The sun was setting up high as Gaara and woken up. He woke up the others as they were sleeping like loud cows mooing. They traveled a long way ahead until the saw the gigantic doors to Konoha. He was greeted at the entrance by the guards and was told to go to the Hokage's Office.

The group went to the Hokage's Office and met Tsunade. Naruto was there, in Gaara's luck, and was rambling like the usual thing. Gaara then said in an awkward tone, "so..." rEverybody turned towards him and stared at him intensely, which made it worse for him. He coughed and then said, "so, we lost..." "no no" he thought. He started over saying, "so, one of our shinobi's got possibly kidnapped by an enemy, so... I was wondering if your Shinobi's could help our search for her?" Naruto then went serious and said, "who is it?" Gaara replied, "(Y/N)." Naruto then said, "Tsunade, can I help them find her?"

Tsunade went into deep thinking for 5 minutes straight and it seemed like she was dead until she declared, "OKAY, YOU MAY HELP HER. SO GATHER SOME SHINOBI'S SINCE WE DON'T KNOW WHO WE ARE AGAINST." She might have scared the crap out of Kankuro, but that's Kankuro alright. Gaara said, "thank you for your kindness, Hokage, Naruto." Naruto said, "no problem Gaara!" Then they have set out to find some Shinobi's for the team.

Naruto went to find some Shinobi's. He thought, "hmmm... Kiba could track her scent, but he needs her scent, but he could be useful. Maybe Shino could work? With his bugs maybe. Sakura for medication. Kakashi? With his dogs, yeah. I'll find these guys first before looking for someone else." Naruto then went out for his search of his friends.

Gaara didn't even know who to choose first of all. Temari and Kankuro won't help at all since they are bickering with each other. Gaara thought, "Lee? We do need some npeople who are able to fight good, so maybe Lee. Shikamaru? He's pretty smart. Ugh, I don't know and these guys won't help me." "Guys, we need to get some Shinobi's for the mission before Naruto gets them all and then they think we are useless for the mission," Gaara said. They both became quiet and said, "we don't know who to get." Gaara replied, "how about Lee and Shikamaru?" Temari blushed and said, "o-okay" and Kankuro just nodded. They set out to find two of the Shinobi's for the mission.

Naruto first went for Kiba and Shino and both of them said, "sure!" Sakura and Kakashi both said "yes." Naruto thought, "bingo, I got some people, so we should go to the gates now." Gaara's team had a lot of trouble. Shikamaru kept saying it was a drag and blah blah blah, until Temari begged him to go while blushing, which was a good show. Lee was just too hard to find, so he had to ask his teammates and they don't even know where he is, until Lee came and babbled about youth and stuff. Gaara asked him if he would go with him and Naruto to the mission and Lee said, "YES!"

They all met at the gates and set off to find
(Y/N). Kiba and Akamaru were trying to find a scent, Shino used his bugs to scatter around. Kakashi used his dogs to also scatter around and find a scent. Gaara was looking left to right, but has found no trace of her or anything of her yet. Until, Akamaru found something that looked odd and found a scent of someone. Akamaru led them to a odd looking base, which, Naruto, who's an idiot, ran in without thinking straight. Until Naruto stopped and found someone he didn't want to see at all.
