-------------------10 years later-------------------

A ticking bomb. That's what it feels like when you're head is about to explode. That's also caused by having a best friend who doesn't stop talking about the hot visitor that is spending the day at our school, Xavier Academy. "Blake are you even listening to me?" Ugh, lets see. Hot guy, beautiful eyes, junior; what was I missing? "I can't believe you don't want to see him. I mean come on, he's like a fucking god compared to everyone else at this school! Wait, Blake, you aren't listening to me. Are you having your nightmares again? Dammit Blake, I told you to take the pills, I don't want to see you so tired and worn out all the time!" I rolled my eyes and ignored her comment about my nightmares because, no, I had not been taking my pills and yes, I had been having frightening nightmares that feel more real every time I have them.

"Maddy maybe you should go talk to him or something if you are so- shit!"

We turned the corner and I run into a steel wall with ridged abs and a tight suit... Wait what? Face bright red and eyes pinched closed, I am sure I look like a tomato at this point along with the fact that I was practically groping this guy that I just ran into.

"You okay there? You look a little flustered." I grimace as my eyes slowly peel open, revealing crystal blue depths that swim outside their pupils, along with a giant smirk.

"Uh-um-I" Taking a deep breath I restart, not wanting to catch any more attention and needing to get to class in the next 30 seconds. "Ya-um sorry about that. Ha, clumsy me. Well, I guess I'll see you, um, later?" I groan internally, not wanting to think about how much of an idiot I sound like right now. Scurrying around the mysterious man I start speed walking to class all while Maddy starts talking like a freaking squirrel about how crazy I am to have ran into, and talked to, this guy she considers being a god. Tuning out her blabbering voice I steal a glance behind me, and my eyes connect with his. He is wearing the same smirk as before and stares at me as he nudges the older man next to him. They both look in my direction and the older man nods as if he had been looking for me. Chills creep up my spine as I quickly turn and rush into math class, already a minute late.

Find X. How am I supposed to find X? I look around the classroom and see everyone else working on the problem and I put my head to the desk and groan. Maybe I should have paid a little more attention to the lesson, but those captivating blue eyes wouldn't leave my head. Something about the way he looked at me drew my attention but nagged at me to run as far away as I could. BBRRRIIIINNNNGGG. Thank the heavens. Slamming my huge ass textbook closed I run out of the classroom and see that I have to catch the train home in 10 minutes, not leaving me any time to hang around at school. If I miss this train I'll have to wait another 2 hours for the next, and doing homework at school is about as productive as trying to do math homework without having paid attention to the lesson. Impossible.

5 minutes. Come on, come on. I glance at my phone checking the time and send a text to my mom that I'm leaving on the early train. Suddenly, I find myself falling to the ground on my butt with a thud, wincing as the rocks dig into my palms. Great two people in one day, and now I'm going to have to run to the train because this is losing me 2 minutes. I hold the awaiting hand to help me up and dust off my pants before looking up to see the person I was lucky enough to run into again. "I guess this is a usual greeting for you?" I cringe at the voice and realize that it's the same guy I ran into at school today. He's dressed the same, wearing a sleek gray suit with a midnight blue tie, creating a darker, and more dangerous glint to his eyes. Switching on my phone I get ready to break into a full sprint in order to catch this train after noticing the time. Why, oh why, do I have to be so clumsy on the one day that the train comes earlier than usual?"

"Sorry about that again. I just have to go or else I'm going to miss this train, so, adios." I sheepishly say, not trying to be rude. I start backing up and then walk away, unease slithering to the front of my brain. Just as I am about to begin running a cold hand wraps around my arm in a soft grip.

"You're train is going to have to wait, I'm afraid." Attempting to yank my arm out of his grasp, his dangerous fingers grip firmer onto my skinny arm. "Just come with me, trust me, this is the easy way. No one is going to hurt you." I scoff at this. In all of the stories kids here from their parents about strangers and kidnappers, someone would have to be seriously stupid to believe this cliché line. Fortunately for me, I'm not one of those stupid people. Clawing at his hand I think about all of the things my mom has taught me about what to do if ever in this situation. Poke the eyes. Scream for help. Thrash around. Do ANYTHING to get away from the psychopath trying to take you. I'm panting as I attempt each, all of which seem to have zero effect on this guy. Wait; knee the person in the crotch, of course. I bring my knee up in the flailing mess and jam it hard, straight into his groin. Nailed it. Only this guy must be the fucking hulk because he only winces from the hit.

"You could have just come with me willingly and it would have been a lot prettier". I pause for a moment and see a white cloth in his hand. Oh hell no. I take a deep breath before he covers my mouth and nose with it, but I guess the bastard is smarter than he looks because he leaves it on my mouth until my face is purple and I have no choice but to take a deep breath. I can see the train leaving the station and soon enough everything starts to become hazy as I am brought into someone's arms. The person starts walking towards a bright red Lamborghini and believe me, any other time I would be excited for this opportunity to ride in a sick car, but due to the current predicament, I was just trying not to pass out. Black dots started to swarm my vision and just as the car door was being opened, I gave into the endless black pit.
