Chapter 4 - Background

Belle's Point Of View

I woke up to the sound my alarm clock. Ugh. Another day at the hell hole aka school. I got up and walked to my bathroom and did my morning routine. I wore a white tank top with a navy blue cardigan, dark washed skinny jeans, and paired it with some nude flats. Overall it was a simple outfit. I walked downstairs and found my little sister in her baby chair, eating some food, while my mom was cleaning up the kitchen.

"Hi honey. Do you want some breakfast?" My mom said as she wiped the counter.

"No thanks mom. I'm going to be late for school. I gotta go" I said walking towards and giving her a small hug.

"Ok bye honey. Take care!" She replied

I walked up next to my little sister who was stuffing her mouth with some type of baby food. She so cute.

"I'll see you later baby Gracie" I caressed her soft cheek and she smiled at me. If you're wondering my little sister is three years old. My mom and I have been living in this house for 3 years and it changed a lot ever since she got married to her boyfriend, who is her husband now. If you haven't known by now, he is my stepfather. My real dad left mom and I since I was very little and I still see him every now and then. He has his own family now but at least him and mom are okay now.

" Bye mom and Gracie!" I shouted as I closed the door. I walked to the stop sign that wasn't too far from my house and waited for my bus to arrive. I called Jaelynn, who's suppose to be here with me right now, waiting for our bus with other people from our school.

I took my phone out and decided to call her.

" Jaelynn! Where the hell are you? You're going to be late! The bus is going to be here any minute!" I whispered to my found loudly but not too loud that everyone can hear me.

"Sorry I woke up late! Don't wait for me, I'll get my mom to give me a ride or something. She'll probably get mad but whatever. See you at school! Bye!" With that she ended the call. Ugh, she better not leave me with the idiots at our school. My bus finally arrived and we stepped inside.

"Hey Belle" a voice said behind me. Jaelynn and I was at our lockers getting some stuff for our next class. I turned around and met a shining light blue eyes at me. My body just froze. Those eyes cause me so much pain. He broke me, he broke my heart. He was my everything and just left me.

" What's your problem Jake?" I said with a tone. I stood up a little bit taller with some confidence, I wasn't trying to break down in front of him.

"Nothing. Just stopping by to say hi. You look hot today, I'd tap that again." He said with a smirked on his face.

"Just leave her alone. I'm so happy that this is the last year we will see you. Just go with your other girlfriends" Jaelynn interrupted. Thank god she was here with me, it would have been awkward and god knows what he would have done to me.

"So feisty, Jaelynn. I'm gonna admit, I kinda like it." He replied still with a smirk on his face.

"I'll see you around sexies" He started walking down the hallway.

"Ugh I can't believe he's still here! " I shouted as I picked up my last notebook off my small shelf.

" Its okay, Belle. When you guys were dating, he was a good guy now I don't even know what's gotten in him. You guys dated for so long- "

"I know, I know. I can't believe I gave my virginity to him. I'm so stupid to actually think that he was inlove with me. I loved him, I just ugh. Let's not talk about it. Let's go to class." I interrupted, not letting her finish her sentence.

Justin's Point Of View

I was waiting by my car, Chaz and Ryan to get out of the school, since we were going to chill somewhere after school. I turned around and saw Selena making out with a guy, next to her car. I wasn't trying to break down in front of her. If I did, it would tell her that I'm still not over her, when she already moved on. I loved her a lot, but one day I came to school, I found her kissing another guy, behind the field. Thinking of it, made me shiver from that feeling I felt inside that day. But now I like someone else, Belle. I'm glad she knows it, it felt good to finally let her know.

"Dude. Hello?!" Someone said. Which made me snap out of my thoughts.

"Huh? Yeah what?" I said in a confused tone. I turned around to find those pretty brown eyes behind Chaz.

"Jaelynn and Belle are hanging out with us, since they're not doing anything later. So let's go get Subway or something, yeah?" They all nodded in agreement. We all headed inside my car and drove to other location we were going to.

When we arrived there, we sat on two table booths that faced the table, so everyone was faced to faced. I sat next to Ryan and Jaelynn, while on opposite side as me were, Chaz and Belle. Belle was in front of me, her dark long wavy brunette hair laid perfectly on her shoulders. She looked at me and blushed. She looks so cute.

Ryan, Chaz , and Jaelynn went ahead to get our food, while Belle and I stay here to save our table, so that no one would take it.

"You're so adorable when you blush." I spoke. She just looked down at her fingers.

"Thanks." She just smiled at me. Ugh, she's so beautiful. I want her to be mine already.

"Belle" I said quietly

"Yeah?"

"Would you like to go with me somewhere this Friday night?" I asked. I was a bit nervous about what she was going to say.

"Hmm. Are you asking me out on a date?"

"If you want it to be" Smirking at her.

"Okay then I'll would like to go with you" She smiled at me.

I gave her a small smile. Ryan, Chaz, and Jaelynn just arrived in time. We ate our food and snacks. We talked about weird stuff that's going on at our school. For the most part, I couldn't stop thinking about our date on Friday. I didn't tell her where it was going to be at, I wanted it to be a surprise.
