My Fake Boyfriend

Chapter 6-Pranks

When we got to the school we all got out of the car.

"Okay Courtney we have to go change in our football gear. Go get a seat"Ashton explains.

I nod and walk away from them. I find me a seat and sit down.

I look around and See everybody talking and laughing. Just then I hear the horn for everybody to be quiet.

"MILTON HIGH PLEASE WELCOME OUR VERY OWN FOOTBALL TEAM"the coach yells.
Everybody screams and stands up. The football team runs out onto the field.

My eyes trace the crowd for Ashton. My eyes finally land on him.

He spotted me and flashed me one of his famous smiles.

I grin and cheer with the crowd. Then the crows dials down.

"UP AGAINST EASTWOOD HIGH."

Eastwood high comes out and their side cheers.

"ALRIGHT GUYS WHO'S READY TO PLAY SOME FOOTBALL"the coach yells.

Everybody then on cue started to cheer. I cheered with them once again then I sit down like everybody else.

"ALRIGHT LET THE GAME BEGIN."

The game begins. I sit there and look around the crowd. Then my eyes land on Jake and Lucy.

Good they showed up. The plan Is about to be in session.

About halfway through the game Ashton had the ball. He was running with everybody hot on his trail. We needed one more point to win. I stand up and decided to act like the girlfriend everybody thinks I am.

"COME ON ASHTON YOU CAN DO IT BABY"I start to cheer. Everybody stands up as well and starts to cheer for Ashton. Ashton notices cause he starts to run faster.

Then He hits the football to the ground. That's when it hits me. It was a touchdown. I scream at the top of my lungs happily. Yes we won! The cheerleaders go crazy with happiness and the football players yelp in victory.

I get down from the bleachers and run to Ashton, Grant, and Harry. They notice me and all smile. I run and hug Grant and Harry. When I let go of them I turn to Ashton.

I hug him tightly. "Good job."

"Thank you."

I pull away and smile.

"Alright guys I have the bag of stuff to give to Lucy and Jake"Harry announces handing me the hair dye and Ashton the cologne of skunk spray.

I nod and head to find Lucy. I finally found her. She was all alone on her phone. I sigh and walk over to her.

"Hey Lucy.."I say awkwardly.  I have to be nice so she won't get suspicious.

She looks up from her phone and gives me a disgusted look.

"What the hell do you want?"

I take out the hair dye and hold it out.

"I just wanted to give you this special hair stuff. It makes your hair have olume in it. The intructons is that you leave it in your hair for 25 minutes then you wash it out then Bam!"i say trying my best to sound cheerful.
She raises on eyebrow. "Oh really. Well in that case I will take that" she says snatching it out of my hand.

I grin. Good now all she has to do is put it in her hair.

"Well I have to get back to Ashton."

She nods and walks off. I turn and I crash into someone's body.

I look up and see the brown eyes that I never thought I'd have to look into again.

"Hello Courtney"Jake says in a deep voice.

I step away from him. "Hello."

He takes a step towards me and puts his hand on my cheek.

"Why be with Ashton? I'm sorry about what I did. Will you forgive me?"he whispers.

He wants me to forgive him. After what he did to me. Oh hell no! I may not be really dating Ashton but I know for a fact Ashton would be pissed if I 'broke up with him'.

I shake my head. "I will not forgive you for what you did. Now goodbye"I say pushing him away running towards where Ashton was.

Ashton notices me and quickly his face turns to serious.

"What's wrong?"he asks in a worried tone.

"Jake wants me to forgive him..."

I hear Ashton sigh.

"Do not forgive him for what he did. Courtney you deserve better. And people already think were dating but were really not. And when you find that someone the deal will be off."

I was shocked. So that means once he or I finds someone else the deal will be off.

I don't know why but that makes me sad. I shake the thoughts out of my head and focus on Ashton.

He was talking to Harry and Grant.

"Alright peoples I think its time to celebrate with a pizza party"Harry cheers.

We cheer with him and head to Ashton's car.

We all get in and I sigh as I look out the window.

Tomorrow is a new day. Tomorrow is when Lucy and Jake get made fun of.

Tomorrow is totally gonna be fun.
