Chapter 2 / Suffocated

It was 9:30 pm. Me and Justine were ready so we decided to walk there, since it's not that far. It's only a few blocks down.

"Lets go Justine"
"Okay okay"

We went downstairs to put on our shoes.

"Where the fuck are you girls going?"
"We're going to a party dad."
"Well bring some fucking booze back for me. Take a bigger bag!" Ugggh
"No! Go make a run to the liquor store instead!"
"Their all fucking closed"
"Not the one on Jackson Rd."
"Fine, give me money for gas."
"No! You have money!"
"Ohyea, in the bank. Well fuck off now"

Me and Justine went outside.

We were almost there and it was only 9:46.

So we decided to go to the store to buy something.

"What should I get Lenore?"
"I don't know. Well I'm going to get wine."
"Ohh can you buy me one?"
"Fine."

I went to the counter and asked for two wine bottles. So of course he asked for ID. In Canada, you have to be 19 to buy liquor. And I was 19.

We bought it and walked to Evans house. We walked slow so we can kill time.

When we got there, it was 10:13.

We knocked on the door and of course Evan answered it.

"Hey Lenore and her little sister."
"Hey."
"Come in"

We went inside and there was already lots of people here.

"We bought some wine cause that's all we could get at this time."
"It's alright, I already have lots of hard stuff.. but the people who don't really drink much can have it."

He walked to the kitchen and put it on the table.

I seen Nick and he noticed me. He walked over where me and Justine were.

"What the fuck are you two doing here, especially you Justine. You gotta be 18 to be here."
"Shut the fuck up Nick. I'm 17, it's good enough." Justine replied.
"Hey! I invited Lenore. But I didn't know that the person she wanted to invite was her little sister." Evan said.
"Shes only 2 years younger than me." I said.
"Well have fun youngin." Nick walked away towards his group of hoes.
"Justine you can go make new friends."
"Okay" she wondered into the crowd.

"Good job. Got rid of your sister so the big kids can talk."
"Oh please Evan!"
"Im just kidding Lenore. Take a break from being a bitch for once. Let loose tonight."
"Fine. I'm only going to act like a bitch to you."
"I like the bitchy you anyway..."
"Shut the fuck up with that shit already and stop trying to be so slick. It's gross."
"Ahahaha, alright"

I went to go look for Sayyora.

I wonder if her parents let her out tonight. Ohh there she is. Beside a group of guys like always...

"Hey Sayyora"
"Ohhh hey Lenore. Whats up?"
"Not much, I just got here"
"Ohh. Well let's take some shots!"
"Sure"

Me and Sayyora walked to the table of liquor.

"Evan invited me."
"Damn Lenore, to be honest I think he has a thing for you."
"Why? We don't talk that much, and besides he's kind of ugly to me."
"Ohhh come on Lenore. He's kinda cute, if you're really drunk ahaha"
