Chapter 16
They say in order to truly love someone you must love yourself.
I don't know if I believe that.
I lov e my kids with my heart and soul, but I don't always love myself.
There are days when I just see every flaw I have.
when I don't feel worthy of anyone's love.
So if I hate myself does that mean I hate everyone else?
These old saying may have been true back then, but like always things change with time.
I love my kids, and my husband.
That doesn't mean I have to be in love with myself.
No I am not insecure, and down on myself.
I'm just saying some days are harder to love myself then others.
Yet it is so easy every day to say "I love you" to my kids and husband.
Maybe I should look in the mirror everyday and tell myself "I love me"
Then again that just sounds very concieted.
I don't know what do you all think?
