My brother walked in my mothers room and kissed us on our foreheads. "Just have your brother drive you okay" I nodded my head and replied with a yes mam. "Gigi RJ taking us to the store so come on" I yelled up to my best friend since preschool. I put on my thong sandals to match my romper and got into my brothers car. "Hey stranger hows life treating you" I asked my brother. "I haven't even been gone that long dude" he said mushing my head. "Long enough for even me to miss you" Gigi said hopping into the car. For some reason Gigi and RJ always had to argue. "Come on chauffeur drive us to our destination" Gigi said. "We not gone start today" RJ said turning his music up to the max volume playing some Young Thug song, doing the absolute most. He kept tapping me singing the words almost making us crash. "Come on Gi" I tapped her bringing her into the somewhat clean conner store. "Aye Shawty that ass poking out today" some dope boy said. I ignored him. I got mom's stuff and then got myself some hot cheese popcorn, sour skittles, two watermelon strawberry clear fruits, two strawberry shortcakes and some hot Cheeto puffs. I met Gi at the counter and gave man the 20, he gave me $3 and some change back. We went outside and a crack head asked us for some spare change. "Here grandma" I gave her the rest of my money. She wasn't my real grandmother but I've known her since I was 6, she's always in front of this store. I know you not supposed to feed their addiction but I don't want her sucking dick to get the money. "why you still giving that crackhead money" RJ asked as I got into the car. "She said yeah and don't worry about bringing her food" I told RJ leaving out the specifics. We arrived to the medium sized house and went inside. I felt very uncomfortable as the smell of weed hit my nostrils. "Everybody this is my sister and her best friend Nunu and Gigi and Nunu and Gigi this is Tommie, Nate and Samara" Rj said and everybody just looked at each other. I wanna go home now. I looked at Gigi with that face and she looked at me with face to let me know she got the face I sent. "What is y'all talking in sign language and shit" The boy Nate said. "No nigga sign language is using your fingers and hands dumb ass" Gigi said. "Don't be coming in here with no attitudes" Nate said. I positioned my neck to the side like nigga if you don't get the fuck on. "Nigga you used to negatives in one sentence, go back to first grade and learn how to talk before opening your nasty ass dick sucking mouth towards me" Gigi said. "Oh so you friend can't talk or something" he said referring to me. I just looked at him and sat next to my brother. If I said something to him I might just hurt his feelings. "Nate leave them alone stupid ass before they whoop yo ass" the girl Samara said. "They ain't gone whoop shit but this dick" he said. I opened my mouth to say something but RJ interrupted me by shooting at his shoulder. "oh my god did you really just shoot me" he said while everyone laughed. "No nigga but next time I won't miss and you really gone be talking out the side of yo neck" A girl came out and walked up to me"excuse me I was sitting there" she said. "Oh" I said looking at her not getting up. Nate started laughing obnoxiously. "Shaila sit yo dusty ass on the floor where you belong" Samara said. Instead of sitting on the floor she sat on the boy known as Tommie's lap. I just noticed him, he's so quiet. I would've gotten up if it was anybody else but it was shaila and just like Gigi I've known her since preschool and we did not get along. We've fought on many occasions so I dont know why she would fix her mouth to speak to me. "Problem, you see something you like" Shaila said. I guess I was staring at her or something. "Shaila don't fucking talk to me, I don't like you at all and I still want my ones so if we not fighting I don't want to hear yo mouth" I said. "You were looking at me so I assumed you just have seen something you liked" she said. They fucked my shit up but the other times I fucked her shit up by myself and I'm still waiting to catch my ones with her. My face was real hot and I really wanted to drag her right now but I didnt out of respect for whoever house this is. "We need to plan a back to school party y'all, we can have it at my house" Nate said. "I'm down" Samara and a couple other people said. I didn't answer because I don't know these people and I don't think they were talking to me. "You down Nunu?" Gi asked me. "Huh" "She said are you down" Shaila said louder and slower. I bit my lip down real hard from cussing her out and nodded her head. "I got the drinks" "I'll handle the playlist" "I got the food" "I got the weed" "I'll do the flyers" I said. "Only cute people can be on the flyer" Shaila said looking at me like I was ugly. "I'll make sure you dont go on the flyers then" I smiled at her. ************************************ We discussed the party and now it was time to go home. "Dont we need y'all numbers" Nate said smirking. "RJ can give it to y'all and dont text me unnecessarily" Gi said. Shaila walked past me bumping into me and I kicked her down the concrete stairs since she wanted to test me. Everybody was laughing and I just got into RJ car. Huhh I wanna go home. ************************************ "Mom so me, Gigi, RJ and his friends throwing a back to school party and guess who one of his friends is" I said crossing my legs on her bed. "That one brightskineded boy that you used to like" she guessed. "No mom and brightskineded is not a word and I think he's in jail but Shaila and then she was firing shots at me all day and bumped me when she was walking out so I kicked her down the stairs". "You should've did more than that from the last time she jumped you" "I know but I didn't want to disrespect whoever house that was and be all ratchet oh and I have to make the flyers for the party too I forgot" I texted the people from RJ friend house and told them to send a picture. My phone buzzed and it was a message from Tommie, it buzzed again. I went to open it and saw something uhhhh. It was his dingleberry I screamed and threw my phone. "What's wrong Nunu" Mom said picking up the phone."Nunu girl I used to get those all the time, he said wrong picture anyway" "Mom whyyyyyyy, you need help and where is dad" "Oh we needed some more supplies, we can't have no more kids running around if you know what I mean" "Yeah and thats where its my que to go"I went back to the room and everybody had sent APPROPRIATE pictures. I made the flyer and posted it.
