NIGHTMARES

Chapter 3

The voice comes from the back.I turn around and its my father. I look at him in surprise, my mother is nearly crying.

"Suzz, can you let your mother and I talk for a minute?"

I leave the room, but stay at the door to listen.

They start talking about the curse, and why had my mother told me like that. They had planed to tell it to me together when the moment came.

For a second I feel like someone is looking at me from the back, but I don't have time to make sure because the next thing I know im laying on my bed.

Was it all a dream? Did I have another nightmare? I hope I did, because I don't like beeing cursed

My mother comes into my room and sits next to me.

"Are you alwrite?" she asks

"Yes" I answer

"Do you remember anything about yesterday?"

"So its true? We are cursed!" I say "I didn't dream it, didn't I?"

"No" she says

-Why?- I ask myself. At first I didn't think curses even existed. Wait! My mother said I couldn't break the curse, but it skipped her so something must be wrong with the curse. Maybe I can find out.

"Mom" I say "When did the curse start?"

"Around 1750 I think, why?"

"Nothing, I'll see you later"

"Where are you going?" she asks

"Library"

At the library it takes me nearly all day to find a very old and odd book; My family, by James Guriei.Thats my mother's surname. I get the book and start reading, it's about his life and how his father died when he was 11.

Then I see it, chapter 18; my cursed family. It says how he found out that his sister got cursed. She was 14 and started to get nightmares, when she was 18 she killed herself. He starts to investigate about the curse. It says that the curse is very painful and that usually it takes between four and seven years for the nightmares to kill you. But like my mother said, depends on the person. So I might not have much time, and I don't think its going to take me a week to figure this all out. Im positive its going to take a long time.

I keep reading and find out that the witch that cursed my mothers family was Genevie Moore.

Thats my father's sirname, so its my sirname.
