Mirai was strapped into a chair. Monokuma was teaching him about music notes that he already knew. Then, when Monokuma reached to touch a scale, he felt young and uneducated. He went down the scale fast until he felt old and couldn't keep up with it anymore. He died in that chair from a heart attack
