Two years ago my father wrote a book.
It was about a man who lived amongst a world of cripples.
This man, he only used his ability only for others.
Helping the weak.
Saving lives.
Spreading wealth.Spoiler, he ends up dying.
But it wasn't sad, because he brought charity.
And the world became peaceful.
______________________________Real life:
Wellston Private High School
CafeteriaThe school's famous chocolate cake is only served once a month....
And because this is such a rare event, everyone rushes to the cafeteria first thing during lunch time.
I always get there late because I'm not as fast as everyone else.
But TODAY, I have a good feeling!
Remi: "Step away from that slice.
I call dibs!"
Arlo smoothly reaches in and grabs the last plate.
Remi: "Hey!
Give that back, Arlo!
I called that piece first!"
Arlo: "........ What?
You "called it?"
You should know how it works by now, Remi.
It's first come first serve, if you want a piece, you gotta be faster than that!"
Remi: "No way.
I've waited an entire month for that cake.
I won't back down!"
With that Remi's aura shoots blue electricity all throughout her body threatening Arlo.
BZZ ZZT!
Remi: "Hand it over, jerk!"
Arlo: "Oh, so that's how you want to play?
Bring it on little shrimp!"
Arlo immediately loosens his tie on his uniform preparing to fight as purple bolts stride through his arm
Cafeteria chatter: "Oh god, those two are at it again...."
"Really? Ugh, here we go."
"Hey, I bet twenty bucks Remi will win this round!"
With purple and blue sparks of lightning, the cafeteria turns into an electric light show.
Me: "Great, they're already fighting over the last piece.
I missed it again.
I'll never get a slice."
