Not so Average Sorority Girl

Chapter 2

--Day before leaving for college--

I arrive and the beauty salon and head into my appointment, I booked a mani-pedi and I'm getting my hair dyed a dark blond and dark caramel highlights and lowlights.

I head inside and meet my stylist -> Alex

"Hey Bella, I'm Alex I'm going to be doing your hair what would you like?"

"Hey Alleex, I'm going to dye my hair a few shades darker with dark caramel highlights and lowlights" I say with a proud grin.

"That sound great let's start" and with that I am lead of into a long adventure and process. But it's all worth it right?

n That Night

"Ugh" I let out a grunt while falling back onto my bed. All my bags are packed away and put into my car. All my room furniture is here as I have new stuff being taken to college with me. All that's left to be taken is the outfit I will wear tomorrow, my new cross body fringe bag, phone, and my makeup bag.

"Bella, honey will you come down here for a minute?" I hear my mom call out from downstairs.

I get up from my bed and walk downstairs and into the kitchen to see both my parents standing there.

"You called me?" I ask confused as to what will happen next.

"Well Bells, me and your mom have to head off in about an hour, we are so sorry to miss your departure. So we wanted to give you our gift to you know" my dad says.

"There are two, please you both wisely "my mom says bringing her arms out from behind her back.

I am stunned to see and Amex credit card and an IPhone 5s.

"OMG, mom dad you guys didn't have to this" I squeal running and attacking them both in a hug.

"You're welcome. I will load you card every month with a suitable amount of money and when you get a job you can put your money on it too" my dad says rattling off the details of a credit card to me.

"I know how it works dad" I state matter-o-factly.

"Well it's time to sleep Bella we love you" my parents saying giving me a huge hug before sending me off to bed.

"Wake me up when it's all over..."

I wake up to the send of avicii going off with my alarm. I quickly turn it off and jumping outta bed and into the bathroom to get ready.

When I first get in I take of my glasses and put them in the case, I then put in my hazel contacts.

I go into my closet and pull out my outfit it consists of a maroon short sleeved top, black sweater cardigan, gray infinity scarf, dark wash skinny jeans and a pair of fold-over moccasins.

For accessories I put on a few gold bracelets, a pair of diamond studs in the first hole, gold studs in the second, and a gold ear cuff on the left ear.

I put my hair down leaving in the soft curls from last night, spraying a light layer of hairspray over it. I take a pin. Pinning up my fringe.

For makeup gold eye shadow, under-eye concealer, black mascara, eyeliner on waterline and a peach lip gloss.

I take one final look in the mirror and head out.

I grab my phone stuffing it in my back pocket.

Then grabbing all my leftover thing stuffing it into the last suitcase, rolling it out to the car (I changed it to a black range rover) stuffing it in the trunk.

Once everything is loaded in I settle into the front keeping my water bottle and a bag of salt and vinegar chips with me for the long ride. I hook up the GPS and put in the address.

As I look back on my old house and new life, I take off on the road to a better life
