Part Five

(The Night Izuna met Sasuke Uchiha)

It was still snowy out, the cherry blossom trees still covered in snow and ice. Two weeks since Kumo had attempted to steel the byakugan bloodline from Konoha.

Minato had sent the Kumo Ninja back to Kumo in a locked box, leaving the man outside the gates of Kumo. A message written in blood,

No More Games
The treaty is annauled
KUMO, take back your pet and if you dare attempt to kidnap from Konoha again, I'll have your man's head for it.

Minato sighed. Hoping he could get his point across.

Izuna was walking to the library, he walked into town and bought some dango and BBQ before heading to the library. Walking in he went down his usual hallway towards bookshelf N-P & Q-T. He found books ranging in all sorts of Jutsu, smiling when he found several books he was hoping had been brought back.

He turned and slammed into another kid around the same age and a little bit taller than him. "Gomenasai! I wasn't looking where I was going!" Izuna says.

"That's okay, I forgive you. Just don't do it again." The other kid said before standing to wipe the dust from his shorts.

Izuna collected his books and stood to put them on a table and wipe the dust from his own pants. "My name's Izuna Namikaze, who ar-" Izuna froze hand out and eyes wide and beginning to shake.

Same went for the other boy, "You-"

"Look like-"

"Me." They finishes each other's sentence. Circling, they noticed the only differences were their height and hair design.

"You must be Sasuke." Izuna states, remembering that the family of Uchiha's he had visited kept calling him Sasuke.

"How'd you know?" The other boy asks.

"I heard this one family call me Sasuke once, I figure since you look exactly like me give or take a few features... That you must be Sasuke." Izuna deciphered.

Sasuke smirks, "I see... Hey, how about we go see my Nii-San then?" He asks.

"Your... Nii-San?" Izuna asks blinking.

"Yeah, he'll know if this is real or not!" Sasuke says pulling Izuna towards the door. Izuna stops and checks out his new books after giving back his due books and then follows Sasuke outside of the library. Izuna decided to put his book in the scroll his father had given him and showed him how to use and seal it so they wouldn't be so much of a burden to carry. Sasuke pulled Izuna towards the Uchiha district and entered into the same house that the Perv had taken him too before.

"I'm home! I brought a friend! Is Nii-San here Kaa-san!?" Sasuke shouted while taking off his shoes.

"Itachi is away on a mission, he'll be back maybe tonight dear! Why don't you and your friend go play and I'll bring you a snack!" Mikoto's shouted to Sasuke from the kitchen.

"'Kay!" Sasuke says and pulls Izuna to his bedroom after noting he too has taken off his shoes.

"So, we'll wait for Nii-San to see you! So... Wanna go train?" Sasuke asks once in his bedroom and on his bed.

Izuna blushes, "Sure, are we doing taijutsu or weapon's?" Izuna asks sitting on the floor.

"We could do both." Sasuke says nose in the air.

"Both, in one training session?" Izuna asks before needing the bathroom. "Uhm, may I use the restroom?" He asks.

"Sure, use mine." Sasuke says pointing to a door and laying back.

Izuna went into the bathroom after saying thank you, to his relief, it was the exact time Mikoto's came in with snacks. "Here you go Sasuke! Oh, I thought you brought a friend over?" Mikoto's asked hand on her hip.

"I did, he needed the bathroom Kaa-san." Sasuke said moving onto his knees and reaching for the cup of tea on the side he always took from. Mikoto's sighed, "I hope this friend isn't an imaginary friend Sasuke." She says blandly.

"He's not imagined, he's real.. We met at the library." Sasuke explains eyes closed. "Itadakimasu." He says calmly then sips from the cup.

"Well then, I'll leave the tray here. Please bring it out before you leave and I don't want your room cluttered." Mikoto's says setting down the tray and leaving the room.

Izuna came out of the bathroom a minute later and sat down again, "Kaa-san brought some snacks...if you want, take a cup of tea and a rice ball." Sasuke offers.

"Arigatou," Izuna says taking a cup of tea. He slipped from the cup then placed it beside his knees. "Uhm, Sasuke... Do you think... We could be related?" Izuna asks.

Sasuke hn's, "...No, you don't act like an Uchiha." He says sitting up straight and eye smiling.

Izuna frowned but then smiled back the smile not touching his eyes, "...Yeah you're right.. how silly of Me." He says then stands a hard look in his eyes.

"What is it?" Sasuke asks.

Izuna turns his face and guess an evil grin, "Should we spar?" He asks.

Sasuke smiles, "Sure, let me take the tray back to Kaa-san first though." He says and takes off to the kitchen before coming back and both take off out the door not putting on their shoes only carrying them with to make better time. Izuna watched Sasuke do a back flip, 'Amazing, I can't do that.' He thought and then both came to a hault at a secluded training area.

"Okay, Izuna! This will be an all Taijutsu battle between us! First to go down, loses and has to do something of the winner's choice." Sasuke says stepping into a taijutsu stance known to the Uchiha.

Izuna nods, "Let's start then." He says getting into one of his two stances. The stance known to that of the Uzumaki. Both Boy's side burns and bangs blew in the wind before they took off and began to fight.
