I laid there feeling cold and vulnerable.
I knew I was going to get hurt again.
Yet , I trusted him and he let me down.
I should let him explain , right?
But what if he did want to cheat on me.

I thought he was the most innocent of them all.
Im back at where I started , afraid to love again.
I might just be afraid to love at all.
He hurt me and I may not forgive him but he can at least say sorry.
I felt an urge that made me want to run away from this.

My thoughts are broken when I hear someone knocking on the hotel door.
I get up quietly and look through the peephole.
I swing open the door and there he stood.
"Oh my-" he shouts.
I let him in and look down.

I'm wearing an oversized t-shirt and some knee high socks.
I smile and walk over to my bed.
I take a seat on my bed and he follows.
"Can I help you?" I ask.
He nods and says "we were hoping you could perform today."

I think for a while and then nod.
His face lights up and he hugs me.
I hug back and he blasted up from the bed.
"See you at 3" he tells me.
I walk him over to the door.

"See you Jack" I tell him and close the door.
Maybe I don't have to be a depressing person now.
I wish things were how it was before.
I got dressed into a blue crop top and black jeans.
I put on my converse and mascara and left.
