A/N: (M/n) is somewhere between 15 years old and 18 years old.
(M/n) woke up to the sound of running water and feet hitting the ground. Is it time to practice already? He thought. Namjoon had told them to wear comfortable clothing just in case, so (M/n) put on a plain shirt and a pair of sweatpants.
Many of the other boys were already ready and in the practice room, with the exception of some who were still getting ready. (M/n) tried his best to be on time so he didn't embarrass himself. He quickly grabbed a water bottle and put on his shoes and left the dorms. The dorms were one floor above the practice, so if he forgot something he could just run up and get it.
As he approached the practice room doors, his heart started to beat rapidly. He spent hours with these people yesterday, but he still couldn't shake the nervousness off. He breathed in and breathed out before walking into the room.
"Looks like one more decided to show up to practice!" Taehyung yelled pointing at (M/n). (M/n) immediately blushed bright red, and looked down at his feet embarrassed.
(M/n) didn't want to be scolded on his first day of practice, so he apologized and walked over to where the other boys were sitting. They sat in front of the mirror while the BTS stood in front and waited for the rest of the boys to show up. When the other boys finally got there, they were ready to start their explaining.
"Our practice here will go differently than the practice you've had before. Since there are 9 of you, we will split you up into 3 groups: dance, vocals, and rap. We will rotate groups every week until you guys debut." Namjoon explained loud and clear.
(M/n) was in the dance group, where they practiced dance routines to help them when they debut. The group leaders were Jimin and Hoseok. The dance group stayed in the practice room while the others went into their respective vocal rooms.
Once everyone left the practice room, Jimin used one of the stereos to put on a song. (M/n) identified the song as Dope. One of BTS' most popular songs.
Hoseok turned it down a little before announcing their plan of action, "Today we will be teaching you our own choreography! Exciting, right? No? Well, we're gonna teach you anyway!" He laughed at himself, eliciting giggles and chuckles from the trainees.
The older male walked to the middle of the room before turning the music back up and dancing to it. Jimin, who hadn't talked much since they started, got up and joined him.
(M/n) thought he could watch them for hours, but sadly he had to get up and actually try to learn the dance. Though he was nervous, he still tried his best to move the same way that they were. He wasn't doing bad for someone who had just started learning, but he knew he could do better.
They continued practicing for hours until it was time for their lunch. Jin had prepared quick snacks for them to enjoy. It wasn't much, but it was enough to hold them over.
"T-thank you for the food Jin." (M/n) thanked. Jin looked down at (M/n) and smiled. The other trainees were stuffing their faces, but (M/n) was way too nervous to eat.
After a few minutes of eating they finished and got ready to go back to practice. (M/n) was really tired, but he couldn't stop practicing or he felt that would look weak to Jimin and Hoseok
They continued trying to practice for a few hours until the sun went down. (M/n) was very fulfilled with his progress even though in the beginning he didn't think he could do it. The dance was very difficult and he still felt a little embarrassed, but with the help of Hoseok and Jimin, he didn't feel as bad about it.
Before they showered Jin gave them another small snack and let them leave. (M/n) showered last, preferring to take long showers. He walked into the bathroom
When he finished he went to his bed and laid down.

(M/n) was never one to sleep on time, no matter how tired he was gonna be in the morning. He stayed up, looking through social media under his blankets, and this night was no different. Other than his small giggles and sighs, (M/n) hadn't made any noises, but somehow someone had found out.
"(M/n), why are you still awake?" Hoseok said. (M/n) flinched and his phone fell out of his hand and onto the hardwood floor.
"What are y-you doing here?" (M/n) asked. He didn't expect anyone to be coming into their dorms this late. "I'm here to check on you and the trainees, it's good that I did or you would have been up all night!" Hoseok jokingly yelled to (M/n). The younger male broke into a small smile, he was happy that Hoseok wasn't angry at him.
"Do you want to take a walk through the building with me?" Hoseok asked. (M/n) nodded and got up to put on his shoes. They left the dorm and walked down the hall. They got to the elevator and pressed the button.
"(M/n), whenever we have the opportunity to train with up and coming idols, they are always nervous. You are no different. I know it's gonna be hard, but being nervous is not gonna help. I want you to feel as comfortable with us as you can. It's the only way to get through your years as a trainee." Hoseok quietly stated as he got on the elevator with (M/n).
(M/n) nodded. He had tried his best to hide his nervousness, but they saw completely through it. He thought he could handle it by himself. It was nice to see that someone cared about how he was feeling.
The elevator stopped and they were on the roof. They stepped off and walked over to the edge. (M/n) examined the sky, he saw nothing but stars and dark clouds. Looking at the stars brightened his spirit. They reminded him of the stories his mother used to tell him. The ones about fate and how he was destined for a life of happiness and fame. A large smile formed on his feature from the thought.
"Hoseok-Hyung. Can we go back inside now?" (M/n) asked silently. He was really sleepy now.
"Of course, (M/n)! Whatever you want." Hoseok answered.
It didn't take them long to get back down to were the trainee dorms. Hoseok debated whether or not he should tuck (M/n) in, but decided against it for now. But even then, he was happy for his time with (M/n). Jimin talked all day about how (M/n) was cute and how he wanted to date him, and seeing (M/n) now, he knew exactly why.
"Jimin was right, (M/n)'s adorable. I don't care if he saw him first, (M/n)'s gonna be mine!"
