Austins POV
We made our way to the CORE, still following the trail of dust Frisk is leaving behind "We will never catch up in time..." I said "I know a shortcut" Chara said grabbing my hand then we arrived at some tort of long hallway... I feel like I've seen this place before but I can't put my finger on it... anyway we waited against the pillars waiting for Frisk to eventually arrive...
3 Minutes later...
After awhile we saw Frisk walk in armed with a knife "Well Well Well... Look who decided to join the party" Frisk said swinging their knife playfully " Hah unlike you, we have a secret weapon!" I said holding out the liquid magic then drinking it "Huh... tastes like Coca Cola" I said then extending my arm out... but nothing happened, I tried again... same result "Oh no lightning fingers!!" Frisk said sarcastically. Then out of nowhere Chara summoned knives "Alright then Mirror, Let's dance!" Chara said sending the knives towards Frisk with a snap of her fingers and Frisk dodged the knives flawlessly. Frisk then went for a slash at chara who then dodged out of the way "You think I'm going to just take the hit?" Chara asked. I hid behind the pillar and kept extending my arms "C'mon stupid magic work!" I said in fustration. I then heard snoring and saw that chara fell asleep in battle and frisk was about to leave the final blow "NO!" I yelled and pushed chara out of the way. They woke up as I felt the blade go through my jacket and skin "A-Austin..." Chara said sitting on the floor in tears "H-Heh... It's nothing hun..." I said reassuring her ".... Trembling within the breeze I can feel my soul is shaking... Even with a single blow everything that is comes undone... Using every ounce of strength just to keep my soul from breaking" I sung and frisk walked to chara "I can obly watch you walk... by" I sung, then I felt something change in my soul and I got back up "Holding onto everything even when my body shatters I will never let you pass even when my tears run dry, beating with our hearts as one everyone I know is praying, I will strike you down do or die!" I said furiously
