Lichtenstein looked up from her spot on the couch as someone knocked on the door. "ill be there in just a minute" she called as she stood up and walked over to the door quickly opening it. "oh mister Austria Switzerland isn't home at the moment" she said looking down at her feet. "oh do you know when he will be back" Austria asked as he stared down at the small blond haired girl in front of him. "no sir I don't would you like to come in and wait" she asked shyly still looking down at her feet and the ground. "ok that would be great" he said a slight smile on his face. she stepped to the side and let him in quickly shutting the door behind him. she led him into the kitchen and poured him and herself some tea as he sat down. "thank you miss Lichtenstein" he said as she sat one of the cups in front of him and sat across from him with her own cup. an awkward silence settled in-between the two as they both tried to think of something to say to the each other. "I'm surprised your brother left you here by yourself" he said as he took a drink of the tea she had made for him "it doesn't seem like something he would do" he continued as he sat the cup down and looked at her. "he said something about it being too dangerous for me " she replied quietly clearly worried about her brother. "I'm sure he will be ok" Austria said noticing the tears that were forming in her big green eyes "I just worry about him he did take care of me and he is my big brother" she said as she looked up her green eyes connecting with his violet ones. they both looked away a furious blush forming over both of their cheeks. he cleared his throat and stood up "I do believe it's time for me too go but thank you for letting me enjoy your pleasant company" he carefully grabbed her hand and kissed it the slightest of smiles on his face. "I-I shall show you out then" she said quietly as she stood up and blushed even more. she led him down the hall not making a sound as another awkward silence filled the air. "this is a pretty home you have here Lichtens-" he started to say but was cut off as he tripped and landed on the much smaller nation almost crushing her if it wasn't for how he caught himself. he landed on top of her with his hands on either side of her head and his legs on either side of hers his face just inches from his own. "M-Mr. Austria are you ok" she asked quality her voice just barely above a whisper as she spoke. "yes" he mumbled as he stood up and held out his hand to help her up. she took his hand and stood up "thank you" she said and continued walking down the hall a blush on her face that would rival on of Spain's tomato. "I'm sorry for what happened" Austria said as they reached the door "It's no problem have a safe trip home" she said with a small smile on her face as she looked at him. he leaned down slightly and kissed her much to her surprise "Mr. Austria" she gasped and looked at him . "I'm sorry I should just leave" he said quickly and turned to walk away "no Mr. Austria wait" she said and hugged him from behind. he turned around and looked to look at her only to be kissed by the small nation in front of him. "what are you doing to my sister" Switzerland asked as he stood in front of the pair "uh well we were waiting for you big brother"
