Chapter 1 - RESET

Frisk POV

As I exit the room, Flowey calls after me.

'Save my sister, please'

I take note of the fact that he called Chara his sister. Turns out I was right about there being a tiny bit of Asriel within him, no matter how small.

Suddenly, a bone barrier shoots up around me
'Sans,'I start.He cuts me off.'you should be a little more quieter'Sans says.Then I realized that he was eavesdropping us.I tried to RESET then and there but the menu didn't come up.I tried once more.Nothing.

'it ain't gonna work kiddo.'Sans says.'you won't be able to RESET until i restart time.so,tell me, why are you doing this,we've already come this far, why would you throw it all away for someone like HER!?why!!!!'

I tell him about Chara and the red chains.He lowers the bone barrier but keeps time frozen.
He says something,'those red chains you see are called the chains of sorrow.they surround a person when they feel that they do not belong or are scared that if they return,others might hate them.the only way to break them is to make the person believe that everything would be okay,that people would not hate them.
w.d gaster told me about them once but I didn't believe him.now i know that it's true.'Sans adds'it also has a side effect of making the person insane.
'Now that you know the true story,will you give me a chance to save her?.'I asks.
'no'Sans says.'But why?She's just a kid Sans!A KID!'I yell, beginning to snap. 'a kid that killed all of monster civilization.'Sans argues back.'That's because everyone attacking her brought up her memory of being abused and bullied while on the Surface.'I snap.
Sans thinks about it and says something'fine i'll give you a chance to save her.....but beware!i won't make it easy on you.'
With that he allows time to flow once more.I pull up the menu.

Frisk Lvl 1

Save Reset

Before I hit RESET,I tells Sans,'Thanks,Sans.'But Sans is gone.
I then hits RESET.
A familiar yellow light envelops me and I RESET.
