Chapter 3

Operator: "9-1-1. State your emergency."

Caller: "THIS IS DET. DAVIS, SEND BACK UP, THERE'S SHOTS BEING FIRED!"   *SHOTS IN THE BACKGROUND*

Operator: "Okay! Where are you now?"

Caller:  "I'm on 16th St NW between H & I St NW behind a car."

Operator: "Okay, do you know if anyone has been shot?"

Caller: "Yes! Two people have been shot." *SHOTS IN THE BACKGROUND*

Operator: "We have shots fired on 16th St NW between H & I St NW, two people have been shot. Back up and Medics are on route to your location, stay on on the line until they show up."

Caller: "HURRY, I DON'T HAVE MY VEST!" *SHOTS GET CLOSER*

Operator: "Back up is around the corner sir."

Caller: *PHONE DROPS*

Operator: "Det. Davis! WE HAVE AN OFFICER DOWN, I REPEAT WE HAVE AN OFFICER DOWN"

"Madam President!"

"Yes Ms. Medina?" replied President J. Johnson

"Step away from the windows and please follow me." ordered Agent Medina

"What's going on?" President J. Johnson

"There's been a shoot out on 16th St NW between H & I St NW" replied Agent Medina

"Oh gosh, was anyone from staffing shot?" asked the President

Agent Medina: "We have no clue as to who's been shot, I'm taking you to the bunker and then I'll go and investigate."

"Agent Medina, just be safe." said President J. Johnson as she walked herself towards the bunker

"Madam President! Wait up. You need your security." shouted Agent Medina

President J. Johnson: "Not if there's no threat in the building, just go Medina, be safe and return. That's an order."

"Yes Ma'am!" replied Agent Medina

*Sirens Fill The Air*

Officer: "PICK UP DISPATCH!"

Dispatch: "Go"

Officer: "OFFICER IS DOWN I REPEAT OFFICER DOWN!"

Dispatch: "LOCATION?"

Officer: "16th St NW between H & I St NW"

Dispatch: "Is the Officer responsive?"

Officer: "He's not doing to well with his breathing."

Dispatch: "10-85 ON 16th St NW between H & I St NW . Medics are on the way, meanwhile stay with the officer until they arrive."

*Medics Arrive On Scene*

Medic 1: *Bends down to Det.Davis* "Sir, I'm Meliene can you hear me alright?"

Det. Davis:

Medic 2: "Alrighty, let's get him to the hospital Mel."

*Medics Puts Det. Davis On Stretcher, & Places Him In Ambulance*

Medic 1: "Shawn, I need you to hook Davis up to the machine.  And um, Officer are you following us or getting in with us?"

Officer: "I'm going to follow behind y'all."

Medic 2:  "Good choice." *Closes Doors*

*Ambulance Pulls Off*

Sgt. Vickie: "Woah woah woah, ma'am you need to step back, this is police matters, not yours."

Agent Medina: *Flips Secret Service Badge* "It kinda is my business (reads badge) Sgt. Vickie, I need to be sure that the President is not in anyway in harms way. Allow me to do my job."

Sgt. Vickie: "Yes ma'am , as you are. Let her through, she's Secret Service."

Agent Medina: "How many people were shot, if any?"

Sgt. Vickie: "Three people were shot, two lawyers, and one Detective."

Agent Medina: "Okay, well if anything else come's around *hands Sgt. Vickie a business card* give me a call."
