Moon Wolf

Chapter 2

Leaves crushing and branches breaking under neath my feet as I speed though the forest hearing the horred graowls getting closer and closer. My adrenalin's raising. I'm running for my life, trying to escape this terrible nightmare.

I look back. See these creatures, brown fur, sharp white teeth and orange glowing eyes, but only one had blood red eyes. As I'm running I see a lake close by. I approach and dive under water. I swim deeper and deeper under water. As my hand reaches their surface of the lake I started falling backwards. In suspicious I turn around finding myself falling  on the ground.

As my back hit the ground I find it impossable to breath. I blink a view times trying to recover from just happend, but as I looked around I saw fire torches, wolfes hauling at the full moon whail standing on 2 paws. One black wolf with red eyes held a knife in his right hand and my sister Jennefer in his left arm. As I stood up I ran as fast as I could with all my strength to stop the black wolf from killing Jenny, but I didn't make it.

I woke up choking, quickly sat up straigh. I find myself sweathing. Constantly breathing deep in and out. My sister woke up and comforts me. "What happened?" My sister asked curiously and shocked. "Its just a nightmare I had about these wolfes that chased me" I replied. My sister looked at me. She had this face expression which she never had. It almost looked as if she was amazed, but scaird too.
We both went back to sleep.

The next day. I wake up, hearing water boiling, sticks cracking, spoon that's being hitten towards a pan. The next thing I could smell was eggs. I opened my eyes and I saw both back seat doors was open. I looked out the left door and I saw my sister sitting about 7 meters away from the car next to a little fire. She was making breakfast.

I went out the car and rubbed my eyes and stretched. I walked towards the fire and sat down next to Jenny. She took a paper plate and dished food for me. "Eat, we have a big day waiting for us" she said. I took the plate and started eating. She dished for herself and made us both coffee with the boiling water and the coffee she packed in the boot of the car. I never knew she packed food supplies.

After we ate we packed all the supplies back in the car. My sister hopped behind the steering wheel and tired to start the car, but it did not work. We both decided to take a water bottle and started walking to the nearest gas station which was 34 km away.

30 minutes has passed and I am already tired of walking.  "Sis can we rest for a while, please?" I asked. "No Lukes, we have to keep going" she said. I stood still and looked at her. I got angry, because I still had no clue what this was all about. "I've had enough! Tell me what's going on! Tell me why we're traveling this far! Why did you cry when I asked you why you were upset?" I shouted with tears on my face. "Lukes please" Jenny said. "Tell me now! I am 14 years old. I deserve to know the truth." I said.

My sister took my hand and guided me to nearby rocks. I sat down in one of the gaint rocks and and she sat next to me. I sigh. "Lukes" Jenny said. "Yeah?" I replied. Jennefer was about to say something but she started to cry. She starts over. "Mom's dead" she said.  I completely froze. I said on the rock, stairing infront of me without blinking. I felt as lonely as the last leave that survives in the winter. I went on my knees . I covered my face with my hands whail I'm starting to cry. "How?" I  asked. "Dad's wolf pack killed mom" Jenny said after she started crying too. "I don't understand Jenny. What do you mean Dad's wolf pack? " I asked whail picking up a little rock. "Me and you are werewolves so was dad and mom. Just don't freak out. The wolfes are after you too." said Jenny. "We are werewolves and other wolfes are after me?" I cried out loud. "Yes, that's why we have to travel  away as fast as possable" said Jennefer. "I know its a lot to take in at this moment, but lets get walking and I'll explain everything.
