"The cruelest thing you can do to a person you've locked in a room... Is press their face to the window."

The metallic clang of chains against concrete scraped the inside of the young boy's ears, as he struggled to pull his bruised wrists free from his shackles. Simon would only stop every two hours when Violet would come slinking down the creaky steps to deliver another round of torture. In her hand would be the purple and navy blue suitcase that he had bought for her during a trip to Taiwan, filled to the brim with tools and devices doused in dried blood and sweat that's accumulated over the past three weeks.

The only source of light was a barred window directly across the room, taunting Simon with the freedom he could never have.

"Oh Si~ Are you ready to play some more my little bloodworm?~" A series of malevolent giggles echoed throughout the dusty basement, sending chills and shivers of fear down the shorter boy's spine. His eyes wide, round, and filled with fear.

"V-Violet, hey, please just... Just let me go! I swear I won't tell the cops!"

A barrel of psychotic laughter bubbled up from her throat, Violet's usually beautifully delicate brown eyes taken over by a film of horrific bloodlust. "Such a typical line, 'I swear I won't tell the cops.' 'I promise not to tell anyone.' You know what, sure I'll let you go. But where will you go? Your parents killed themselves, and your dear sisters are well. They're actually right here!"

"Gwen! Zoe! Wh-where are you?!" Anger, pain, and fear all went into his strained voice. "Where are they? Violet please, they're innocent, leave them alone please I beg of you!"

"Oh Simon, your sisters are fine, for now at least." Violet smiled, her lips curved deviously. "But you're going to be the one to decide their fates."

Muffled screams, that were once drowned out by his fear, now grew louder with every passing second. Simon threw his head from side to side, searching frantically for his tied up siblings. His eyes finally landed on Violet, who's right hand was pointing upwards. Simon's eyes widened, sweat the size of bullets running down his face and neck as he slowly
diverted his attention to the ceiling where the struggling figures of his sisters hung from their arms. Horror was written all over his face, he tried to scream but nothing left his throat.

"Vi please let them go, or take them down from at least!"

"If you say so." From her back pocket appeared a pair of throwing knives, which she expertly aimed and tossed at the ropes that held the fear driven sisters to the ceiling.

They fell to the hard floor with a scream that could barely be heard through the cloths over their mouths, but before they could get up and rush to their brother's side their captor took their hair in each of her hand threw them against a wall paralell to him and chained them to the floor.

Gwen stared helplessly at her twin, blonde hair falling in messy bunches over her shoulders from struggling.

"Now Simon, here comes the fun part. You get to decide which sister lives," she held a combat knife in her right hand, "And which one dies."

*A/N: Alright heres chapter two! Sorry it ended kinda abruptly but I figured some type of cliff hanger would work. Hang in there, chapter three is coming!
