XVI. Family Reunion

"Okay, every year the Anoa'i, Fatu, and O'Hara come together to celebrate, love and family," I say to Bobby says I fix his malo (grass skirt). I know he feels uncomfortable, my phone starts ringing and I pick it up, it Roman. "What up Joe?" "Why aren't you here already? Your grandma is wondering if you showing this year!". "I'm ready! I'm helping Bobby get ready" I say as he laughs, " put me on speaker." I do as he says. "Just embrace it, Bobby. Don't be shy because I'm in the same one."

I start to laugh. "Anyways, we are there in 10 minutes because I'm done. We out the door now." I hang up the phone and hug Bobby. We walk downstairs, looking for my bag. "Are you sure you want to do it?" Bobby asked me, I softly place my hands on his face. " Of course I want to do this." We walk out the house. We decided to walk, it's only a mile from my house. Bobby starts looking around, at the beach. "I can't believe that you live here all your life." He says, I just laugh.

"Kiara, My granddaughter." My grandma said. "Grandma, how are you." She says, hugging me and looking up at Bobby. " Ko and Bobby, you guys made it!! Bobby nice skirt." Roman says hugging us. "Wow, everyone here. Where your wife?" I ask Roman. "She is fixing the meals with JoJo." I give him a quick hug and walk over to the tables, out letting go of Bobby's hand. Suddenly I feel someone picking me up, it's Jimmy and Jey. "Damn Ohara hadn't seen you in awhile. Now that your champion, you don't even touch the ground." Jimmy says laughing. He put me down. I start to laugh as I give them a hug.

I walk around with Bobby, telling him about my family. "I loved coming to these things but after my parents passed I stay away from these things," I tell him as we sit on the ground. We lay against the tree and watch the kids run around having fun. My grandmother starts to dance, and signals for me to join her. "Stay here."  I give him a kiss and walk over to her. We start to do a Hawaiian traditional dance. As we dance Bobby is join by Dwayne(The Rock). The kids join alongside us, I side out and head to Bobby and Dwayne. I give Dwayne a hug, "thank you for coming" he says in my ear.

Roman, his wife, Dwayne, the uso and their wife's, Bobby and I sit around a fire talking about wrestling. "Ko I hadn't congratulate you for that big win at mania! I was watching with the baby and I woke her up with yelling I was doing. You eliminate every girl! I was like THATS HOW YOU DO IT!" Dwayne says. "Thank you. I couldn't believe it when I won. They were like who ever wants it most is going to win. You guy I was surprised when I got drafted. But this made everything worth it you know." I say as Bobby kisses me on the forehead.

"Ko I know I don't really know but can I ask you something?" Naomi ask me. I nod my head "Your really cute and sweet girl, why doesn't Lana like you, and you didn't want to do total divas " she ask and I'm just look at Bobby. "Well the answer to the second question is that I think us as wwe superstars are really open that something I like to kept private. For example the death of my parents, like this is first time I been here since I was 14 years ago, and my relationship. I'm not shame of Bobby but what happens between us I wanted to in between me and him. And to answer the first question" I sigh " I don't know honestly. Lana and I truly never cross paths. I just think of her as my coworkers but I not going to stay down from a fight."

I finish talking and Roman started talking about the old days. They start telling stories about lesson learn and hard times. Bobby and I lay back and listen to the stories, as I lay in his chest with his arms around me I just slowly start falling asleep with a smile of my face.
