Chapter 9

Jisoo's POV:
Once my friends left, the only people left in the classroom was Mark, Jaebum, BamBam and Yugyeom, probably waiting for Jinyoung.

"You guys can go first cuz I need to take this girl to the nurse to check on her swollen foot because I kicked it."

He emphasized the word girl which made me really annoyed.

I slapped him and he pretended to be hurt.

I just laughed.

"Ok then we'll wait for you in the canteen!" Mark said while smirking.

Arghh.

They left and now we were alone.

He bent down and I just stared at his back.

"Are you not going to come up? Unless you can walk?"

He asked annoyed.

I hopped onto his back.

He piggybacked me all the way to the nurse.

Then he just threw me down on the bed and told the nurse that my foot was swollen.

So annoying.

"If you need anything the nurse would be here,"

Wait? So he's leaving me?

Ok then.

Why do I feel like I just got slapped in my face?

I was about to say something when he walked out.

I'm so hungry.

The nurse came back to put some cream on my foot and wrapped my foot with a cast. Then, she gave me crutches and told me I should go back to class.

But I want to eat.

Whatever.....

I'll just go back to class.

Jinyoung's POV:
I went to the canteen after having to bring Jisoo to the nurse. I looked at the menu today. It wad macaroni and cheese. I love it.

Then I realized that Jisoo probably won't be able to eat so I decided to bring my share for her. I packed it into a box.

I saw my friends at the table so I walked up to them.

"Hi!"

"Oh. Hi! You're done so fast?!"

Jackson asked.

"Ya. Jisoo said she could go back to class herself. So..."

I lied, not wanting them to know I literally dumped her at the nurse's office. I was secretly hoping I won't meet any of her friends.

"Anyways, I have to bring this up for her,"

I said, lifting the box up for them to see.

"Ok!"

"Wait!"
Mark said and pulled me to one side.

"Do you like Jisoo?"
He asked.

"Uh... NO! Why would I?"
I practically shouted.

"I saw what happen during class,"
He raised an eyebrow.

"That was an accident, ok? Please don't mention it anymore. It's embarrassing!"
I said honestly.

Mark laughed.

"Okok, but Jisoo is a nice girl, right?"

I just nodded and told him I had to go.

He gave me a slap on my back and waved to me.

Jisoo's POV:
What the heck! I hate using this stupid crutches. It's so hard to use and I even have to return it after school. How am I going to go home like this. Now I hate Jinyoung even more. I'm now so hungry and I can't eat!

I could ask my friends to bring something up for me but I left my phone at home!

Can this day get any worse?

I finally reached the classroom and went to my seat. I threw the crutches on the floor and rested my head on my table.

Before I knew it, I fell asleep. I was so sleepy.

When I finally opened my eyes, someone was patting my shoulder.

It was Jinyoung. He lifted up a box and handed it to me.

It's FOOD!

I took the box from him and immediately started to eat. I gobbled everything down as Jinyoung stared at me.

"Thanks!!"

He just sat down and played something on his phone.

Then, I realized that he probably hasn't eaten. I took out my lunch card and said,

"You can go and eat!"

He looked at my card and shook his head.

"No thanks! I'm not hungry anyways!"

I felt bad. I just ate his lunch.

"Oh ok then!"

Jinyoung's POV:
"No thanks! I'm not hungry anyways!"
I forced myself to say.

"Oh ok then!"
Jisoo replied. I could hear that she felt guilty.

Well, it is ok.

There isn't even enough time for me to go to the canteen to eat anymore.

I turned around to see Jisoo had already finished her food and was now sleeping again.

Wow.

Does she really sleep that much?
