I'm well aware this is an old story (ancient, really), but seeing as it still gets a couple reads here and there, as well as some additions to people's reading lists, I think it's worth revising the old author's note.
As you may already know, I never went through with the sequel, nor do I intend to. Stories like this come in surplus among aspiring writers and published authors alike.
Of course, that doesn't mean I'm deleting this story necessarily, but I simply want to clarify my intentions for this book in case anyone finds themselves reading it.
