"Hey! Kim Weedjin!"

The boy beside Kim Heejin started choking on his bread, trying his best not to laugh. That boy was the one and only Kim Donghyun.

The two siblings had always walked with each other to and back from school, while Ahn Hyungseob always rode his bike wildly.

Ahn Hyungseob was known to be one of the scariest bike drivers, crashing into the school gate at least four times a week, almost crashing into Heejin herself once. That was how they got to know each other.

It was during the first year of senior high school, Donghyun was already in his second year and was excited to be able to tease his sister more often now that they were in the same school. They were casually bickering when a bike that was speeding behind of Heejin quickly pressed on the breaks, making a loud screeching noise. Heejin was terrified and her heart had never pounded that hard before. If it were not for Donghyun, she would have been ran over by the crazy bike driver.

"I'm sorry!" And the person who was driving the bike sped off. She remembered his face as clear as day. He was sweating and his face was a tad bit red from embarrassment, Ahn Hyungseob.

Somehow they had ended up in the same class for two years straight, and he had even chosen to be her partner for their history class. Which meant they were stuck together for five hours a week for the whole school year.

Kim Heejin didn't technically hate the boy, but she didn't like him that much either. He had almost ran her over and never spoke about it again, if that weren't for that then Kim Heejin would probably most likely kind of have had a crush on him. Not only was he good looking, but he was funny and witty. He even tried so hard to be her friend, which she kinda of appreciated. But he still never talked about the bike incident at all, acted like it never happened and tried too hard to talk to her.

"Hey, I think he's calling you?" Donghyun poked Heejin's cheek, turning it to the other side to see Ahn Hyungseob who gave her a peace sign. She groaned.

"My name is Heejin."

"I know." Hyungseob smiled as Heejin bit her lip and looked away.

"So, Weedjin, when can we begin the first project of the year?" Hyungseob said with enthusiasm, a huge smile on his face.

Donghyun was smirking as he saw his sister's face filled with despair. He nudged her shoulder, winked, and ran, leaving her behind with Hyungseob.

"Stop calling me Weedjin." Heejin groaned as her brother ran away faster than The Flash himself.

Hyungseob chuckled as he hopped off his bike and started to push it while walking beside Heejin.

"Why are you following me?" Heejin suddenly stopped walking and eyed Hyungseob who looked amused.

"We go to the same school. We're in the same class. You're my history partner. Are you dumb?" Hyungseob snorted as Heejin sighed.

"You know I always wonder why u hate me so much." Hyungseob shrugged, Heejin stayed silent.

They walked side by side to the school entrance, Hyungseob walking to the bike parking right next to the door.

Heejin had stopped to wait for Hyungseob, unconsciously. Hyungseob who looked up to see Heejin staring at him as he locked his bike was shocked.

"You're waiting for me?" Hyungseob smiled happily as Heejin's face slowly turned red.

"No! I mean yes! We have to technically work on our project together r-right?!" Heejin exclaimed and marched up the steps to the door, only to bump into the door because she was only looking at Hyungseob while talking.
