My first class was Algebra 2. I went into the classroom and sat down everyone was either throwing paper airplanes or kissing or texting. The teacher Mr. Prescott was yelling at everyone to be quiet, then the bell rang again and everyone sat down and it was quiet. Mr. Prescott said "Okay everyone now that you are quiet we have a new student all the way from Boston, Massachusetts, Ms. Roberts?" "It's Madison." "Well Ms. Madison can you please come up to the front of the room and tell us about your self." I got up and went to the front of the room. "My name is Madison Roberts, I am from Boston, Mass. and I used to be in gymnastics for 10 years, I used to go to competitions and I have won 1st place many times..." While I was talking I looked around the room and noticed that Brett and Brittney were in my class and Brett was smiling at me the whole time. Mr. Prescott then stopped me while I was talking and told me to please sit down so we could start class.
Through out the day it was pretty much the same. At the end of the day it was about 3:15 and I was packing my things from my locker getting ready to go to cheerleading practice. Every one had already left school at 3:00. I shut my locker and walked to the gym where practice was. I walked into the gym and Brittney ran up to me and introduced me to the other cheerleaders there were about 8 guy cheerleaders and 10 girl cheerleaders. The captain was Brittney and the co-captain was a girl named Melissa.
"So you ready to see the routine?" "yeah I'm ready." "Go sit on the bleachers and watch." I sat on the bleachers and watched the routine and it was awesome. When it was done Brittney came over to me. "You ready to learn the routine? But first we need to find spots for you and then we need to practice stunts." "I'm ready and okay lets go." "okay lets go get you a uniform, and you will need to wear the uniform everyday to school for the next few weeks, you should wash it every other night." I shook my head saying okay. So practice went on and I learned the routine really quickly. At the end of practice Brittney asked me to wait for her while everyone else left. When everyone else was gone Brittney asked me "Are you planning to go to prom?" "I don't know I just got here and I don't have a dress or a date." "I can ask Brett for you to go with one of the football players and I can buy a dress for you." "Are you sure?" "Yeah I can buy you one since I'm rich, my dad will buy me everything." "Thank you so much and can you give me a ride home?" "Yeah sure whenever you need a ride I will give you one."
