Hi, I'm Hailey. I'm 15 going into my first year of high school. Yes, I am older for being a freshman. Here's a little bit of my background. I have one older sister and two older brothers that are in college. My sister, Alyssa, is a junior at the high school I'm going to. I had volleyball try outs about two weeks ago and made the team, so I met some girls from that. We practice just about every weekday except game days. My first official day is in two days and ohh hell I am not prepared at all.
High school, high school, high school. This should be fun. Ohh and also I tend to have two sides, somewhat of a hot side and my normal side, but don't we all.

First Day
*alarm starts buzzing*

Today is the day we're excited about, but dread at the same time. The first day of school. Wooo hoooo. To be honest, I'm not nervous for high school. If anything I'm excited.

"Good morning Hailey, what do you want to eat" my mom said.

"Do we have waffles?"

"Yes we do. How many do you want" she asks.

"I'll take two, thanks."

My mom and I have a close relationship. I can always go to her for anything, except my love life. I don't like telling my parents or siblings about who I'm dating. My best friend, Amanda hears all about that part.

After I finished eating it was just about time to go.

"Alyssa, Hailey grab your stuff you gotta get out of here"

And there was our cue.

"Good luck and have fun you two! I'll be home around 4 today. Love you!" my mom stated.

"Alright sounds good love you too" Alyssa said.
"Bye mom see ya later. Love you" I replied.

Alyssa and I got in her car and drove off. We were picking up Alyssa's boyfriend, Jack, and his sophomore brother, Matt. Ohh the sophomore brother. He was pretty hot and also the pitcher for the jv team. Everyone knew him and he knew everyone. We were kinda friends, but only from our siblings dating.

We arrived at their house and they hopped in the back.

"Hey babe, you excited for junior year" Alyssa's boyfriend asked.

"No, it's going to be so stressful with all the college shit" Alyssa replied.

*he laughs* "Yeah, that's true."

"Hailey you little freshman. How are you feeling" Matt asked.

"Feeling pretty good. I'm not nervous at all" I replied.

"Ohh you will be when I get my friends to shove you into lockers" Matt said.

"Yeah, good luck with that one bud" I said.
God his voice is so hot I thought to myself.

By the time we were all done talking and catching up, we were at the main entrance in no time.

"Good luck little sis, you'll be fine. You already know a bunch of people. Have fun" my sister said.

"Thanks Lyss."

I walked into the school and went to the cafeteria where the freshman are supposed to be. As soon as I walked in I spotted Amanda and went over to her.

"Hey Hailey!" She said.

"Hey Amanda! What's up?" I said.

"So I saw some hot guys but not many yet" Amanda stated.

"Ohhhhh Amanda, it's too early to be looking for guys. Plus it's like 7:30am, they probably won't get here until 8am" I replied.

"Ya that's true. Alright let's go grab a seat."

We walked over to an empty table since we were just about the only ones there. Amanda got there so early because her parents had to work and my sister was 15 minutes late her first day freshman year, so she always goes early the first day.

As the later it got the more people came in. All the volleyball girls came and sat with us. Oh and yes Amanda plays volleyball too.

I got up to go throw out my Starbucks and I definitely saw the hottest guy walk in. Hopefully he was a freshman. I walked back over to our table and told Amanda.

"Hey I just saw the hottest guy walk in. He's over there in the khakis and navy polo shirt" I said.

"That's Shawn. He's a freshman. He plays lacrosse and basketball. I think he went to school with Lindsey." Amanda said.

Lindsey was one of our teammates.

"Hey Lindsey, did you go to school with Shawn?" I asked.

"Yeah, why you want to meet him?"

"I'd like too, his face is pretty nice."

*Lindsey laughs* "A lot of girls say that. I'll introduce you guys at the party on Friday."

"What party?"

"It's the freshman and sophomore mixer on Friday. Are you going?" Linds asks.

"Ohh I didn't know there was one. Well I'll be there anyway." I replied.

"Alright sounds good."

"Look at you. Already getting guys in the first hour of school." Amanda says.

"Hey..... I don't have him yet"
Amanda laughs and then the bell rings.

Amanda and I were luckily in the same homeroom with a few other teammates. We also had majority of our classes together too. Homeroom lasted about 20 minutes and then went of to our classes.

The day went by pretty quickly, but then again it was just the "hi nice to meet you, here's what the years going to be about" talk.

School ended at 2:30 today, but it's normally 2:45. The first day wasn't bad at all. I think I'll like it here, especially if I see that Shawn kid again.
