Beautiful Mistakes

Chapter 3

As soon as we reached the sand I ran towards the cool water, doing cartwheels and front flips. I did gymnastics when I was little, so I knew how to do flips and stuff. After I ran out if breath I laid down in the sand and relaxed. Cameron an nash ran up behind me. "Did you just do a freakin front flip?!" Cameron asked. "Uh huh" I said, breathing heavily. "That was hot" nash said laughing. "Thanks" I said getting up and running to the water. I felt the cold water hit my bare legs and it was freezing. So I ran back out. Nash and cameron just laughed at my stupidity. "I'm cold" I whined. "Aww come here" cameron said, opening his arms for a hug. Of course I walked over to him and let his arms wrap around me. I just smiled an looked up at his glistening eyes, and he smiled back. He started to lean in a bit, and then nash came in and yelled "tag!" Smacking me in the back. "Your so gonna get it!" I yelled chasing him. We ran around the beach until we got in the freezing cold water. When I was shoulder deep I started shivering. Then cameron came up from behind me and snaked his arms around my waist, making me warmer. "You warmer now?" He whispered in my ear. I nodded biting my lip. I turned around to face him. God he was gorgeous.

*cams POV*

I looked down at her beautiful glowing face. She was so beautiful. I'd never seen a girl so beautiful in my life. She snaked her arms around my neck andi started to lean in.

*quinns pov*

I started to lean in... But then I stopped myself. He can't kiss me without knowing about my past first. "Before we do this" I said "I need to tell you something." "Ok what is it?" He asked

"I'll tell you when we get back to my place" I replied. I tried to pull away from his embrace but he wouldn't let me go. "I don't think so missy" he said slinging me over his shoulder. "Ahh cam stop!!!" I said laughing. He carried me all the way back to the house and then he finally put me down. We sat on the front steps for a while, just talking. "So what did you want to tell me before I kiss you?"
