I walked to the cafe, trying to my stomach that growled in protest.

"(Y/n)-ah!"Yoongi-ssi waved when he saw me, and he opened the door and held it open for me. He had a black mask that covered the lower half of his face.

"Annyeonghaseyo," I greeted him with a bow, and tried to smile, but ended up dropping my backpack that was fully of my clothes to clutch my stomach in pain.

"Woah," he let the door go, not caring if someone else came by and got hit, and rushed to my side. He picked up my backpack, slinging it over his shoulder, and helped me stand up straight. My stomach rumbles again, and he wrapped his arm around me, gently rubbing it. "Did you not eat dinner?"

                  "Aniyo," I blushed with shame.

"Then let's buy you some breakfast" he gave me a gentle smile, not stopping his movements as he walked and kept up with his massaging.

"(Y/n)! You're early!" My boss shouted in delight, dropping the rag he was using to clean the counter and walked up to us. "And I see you brought a friend."

"Ah... actually-" Yoongi-ssi started, but my boss's eyes lit up and he happily clapped. "You're her boyfriend! I see! Did you give her a ride? Usually Yeahon makes her walk. Does she know that you're dating?"

I stiffened up, remembering that Yeahon can not find out about Yoongi-ssi. "Don't get over your head, Mr. Henam! Yoongi-ssi here is an old friend. We wanted to meet up and just hang and see what's up in life."

Yoongi-ssi gave me a slightly hurt look, but I batted my eyes like 'I'll tell you later', and looked back at Mr. Henam.

"Oh! My bad, what would you like today?" Mr. Henam shook hands and gave me a stern look, telling me to get to work. Nodding, I remembered I was still wearing Yoongi-ssi's jacket and took it off, giving it to Yoongi-ssi before getting my apron on and getting behind the counter.

"A hot tea and waffle, please," Yoongi-ssi flashed a dazzling smile.

"Coming right up. (Y/n), get to work on that waffle."

Nodding again, I quickly grabbed the ingredients and got to work.

-Time Skip-

"Here you go, sir," I giggled, gently placing his tea and the waffle in front of him.

"Well thank you," he mocked me, smirking, "now sit."

                  "Huh?"

"Sit. This is your waffle," he pat the seat next to him.

"I mean... it looks good, but I have other costumers."

"They can wait. Their waitress's boyfriend is more important," he shrugged, patting the seat again.

"Fine," I sighed, sitting next to him, instantly feeling his arm go around me.

                 "So about earlier-"

"Yeahon can't know I'm dating anyone, and Mr. Heman tells her everything," I stared at the waffle as he doused it in syrup and grabbed a bite, then started feeding me.

"Why can't you date? You do realize she's not your actual mom, right? Your actual mom thinks you're dead," the adorable male tilt his head, fluffy black hair following his movements.

"She says boys are dangerous," I picked at the seams of my apron.

                  "How so?"

"She was abused and harassed, and she said the same thing would end up happening to me, unless I stayed away from boys," I let him feed me another bite.

"Then why are you hanging out with me?"

"Because you claim to be my boyfriend, and I can't leave you."

                  "Again," he whispered sadly.

                  "Huh?"

"You left a big hole in my heart when I thought you died," he grabbed his tea, taking a small sip.

"Mianhaeyo," I started, but he jumped a little bit later as he spilt the tea on himself. "Ow!"

A few burning droplets hit my leg, but I was more concerned about Yoongi-ssi.

Rushing, I grabbed a washcloth with cold water and some ice.

"Take off your shirt," I ordered, not fazed by his reddening face. He did as I said, but instantly put his jacket on afterwards. I told him to leave it open while I washed his torso, then put the ice on his chest and stomach. "You can zip your jacket up now."

"(Y/n)!" Mr. Heman stomped up, furious. "What did you do?"

                 "I didn't-"

Mr. Heman yanked me from my seat, despite Yoongi-ssi's growls, and got ready to slap me.

"Don't hurt her. I spilt my tea on myself," Yoongi-ssi stood up, and started cleaning the seat.

                  "She didn't secure the-"

"I dropped the tea on my lap. She even got burnt. Stop yelling at her," Yoongi-ssi glared at Mr. Heman.

"I have to tell Yeahon, and you always wonder why you don't get your paycheck. You're fired!"

"Yoongi-ssi! I can't go home to Yeahon!" I whined, helping him clean off the seat.

"Come back to the dorm," he stood up, grabbing my backpack and swung it on his shoulder. "And call me Yoongi. No formalities."

                "But I just met-"

"We've been dating for a year. You just don't remember," he said gently, grabbing my hand and leading me out of the cafe. Before we even got a block away, I saw a angry Yeahon rush into the cafe, not even noticing me.
