A Mermen Tale (Zanvis AU)

~Prologue~

~Zane's POV~

I look through a mirror and brush my long raven hair while humming my favorite song which was sung by my mother and the door opens "Zuzu its time c'mon" she say's "Mom do I have too?" I whine while looking at my reflection "Yes you have too and I know you want to venture outside but its a special day for you're father" she says in soft voice and comes behind me and gives me a hug from behind,I face her and hugs her and looks at her " Pleassseee?????" I pout like a child and "ughhhh fine but I'm letting you off JUST this once ok?" she says in a satisfiying voice my eyes went wide open like its was my first going outside and I smile "thanks Mom ill be back" I said while smiling and getting my long strap brown bag and I swam through the large window "STAY SAFE ZUZU!" Mom shouts and I kept swimming away from the kingdom.

I swam through the market until I bumped into someone "Oh I'm so sorry..." while I was picking up the dropped items and looked at the person I bumped into he had white hair and emerald eyes he familiar I thought and I snapped back into reality and gave him the items "I'm really sorry" I said "No its fine I guess I wasn't looking where I was swimming too heh" he said and stared at me and I stared back and a few seconds later I snapped back again and said "I think I have to go....bye" and waved my hand goodbye I gripped unto my bag strap and stopped my blushing ZANE STOP IT! I swimmed up to the surface and the cool breeze hit me my hair moving out of my right eye and I smiled while I enjoyed this moment and I swimmed to a flat rock with a high end and I sat at the flat end of it and put my strap bag to my side I enjoyed the view and when I turned around I saw a flower stuck out of the rock so I took it and put it in my bag.

Until I grabbed my bag and dive down I kept swimming and saw a shipwreck I went there and looked around it and I dive in it the back of my hair floating and I saw something shiny and got near it I examined the item that was glowing black and a shark smashed through the shipwrecked wall and I put the item in my bag and swimmed out of the shipwrecked place and the shark chased me I went through an iron hoop and the shark got stuck in it and struggling to get out I breathe in and out and swimmed back home.

I swimmed through the two large doors and closed it I swimmed quietly up and thought what was that....thing? it was glowing black and it was sparkiling grey I was snapped back into reality when I bumped into someone and looke up to see my father.....oh no......he gave me a worried look and grabbed my arm gently "where did went this time? and when did this happen?" He asked his aqua teal eyes looking back at me I looked at the wound on my arm huh I didn't knew that was there "I went to a shipwreck and maybe I got it from that shark-" I was cut off by my Mom "A SHARK!?" me and Dad look at her and she swimmed to us and took a look at my arm and hugged  me "Zuzu please becareful next time" she said with worry and sadness in her eyes "That's why I got a body guard for you Zane" Dad said snapping me out of my Mother's trance and to his aqua teal eyes "WHAT!?" I said very confused I know I always get in trouble but I always come back alive! "uh Dad the body guard for Zane is here" I looked at my younger brother Vylad who also had a body guard because of him always getting caught into human traps...ugh humans "c'mon Zane" Dad sighed and swimmed to the throne room I followed him there my brothers were there on their chairs and I got on mine so did my parents "Let him in please" Dad asked the guard to let my "body guard" in they let him in and the first thing I saw was those pair of emerald eyes....its him but......"Ah! Travis Valkrum how's your father?".

My dad said so his name is Travis but....who is HE? "Oh his been doing fine Lord Garte and I am very grateful to serve you as the body guard of your son" he said and looked at me "Yes yes of course we are very grateful to but of course this is Zane my second eldest son I believe you've met him?" my Dad said my Mom nudged me to shake hands with him so I stand up and shaked his hand and he kissed the back of my hand  and I blushed "I am very pleased to meet you Zane Ro'Meave" he smiled and let go of my hand I looked away to hide my blushing "Zane why don't you show Travis around" Dad smiled and Mom squealed "oooooo just like old times when you two were still little merboys" Mom kept squealing and I led Travis to the hall and we swimmed side by side "Long time no see old friend I let me guess you didn't remember me?" Travis asked me "uhmm...." I said feeling embarresed "hehe your still innocent aren't you? we were best friends when we were little and we made a promise that will never forget each other "Travis said....I guess I broke our promise...I thought looking down and sad I did remember now but I guess ive forgetton about it because of my adventures...next thing I know Travis was hugging me and I hugged back "I miss you ya'know?" he looked at me and I looked back "I guess I was to busy with my adventures...." I said very disappointed I didn't remember him "its ok but now we can have fun again like old times" he said smiling "Now turn that frown upside down Zuzu~" he said in a flirting way which made me giggle "let me show you my room" I suggested and he nodded I grabbed his hand and swimmed to my room.

We got to my room and showed him everything in it "Wow...you have a big room but it kinda sucks that we wont be sharing a room" he said very disappointed that they wont be sharing a room considering Travis will be Zane's body guard "Yeah me too.... but atleast you'll get to come with me at my adventures" I said giving him a warm smile "Yeah" he said very happy about thought of him being with Zane on his adventures,Zane sat down on his bed his hair flowing through the water and his tale swaying and Travis sat down next to him putting an arm around him and Zane tensed up and blushed a light pink "Hey...you ok?" Travis asked "Yeah....im fine" Zane said smiling and they both heard Garte call out Travis "you should go find your room besides we have a long day tomorrow" I said hugging him and standing up "Yeah..I should" Travis said smiling back at him and he swimmed down to Garte to find out where he'll be sleeping.

WHOOOOPYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the prologue of the story damn it feels good to finish it.............because my mom took my phone from me and wont give it back until next year WHICH SUCKS! and ive been busy with homework and school and stuff so yeah but may Irene help with this story...UGHHHHHHH but anyways I have a Deviant and my name there is MissCrazyLover if your interested and another explanation why I didn't finish this chappy because my laptop got a virus and I had to re-format it at my uncles shop so wooo! go me! but I will be adding some references on the next chapter! so keep a look out on that! anyways I'm out til' next time my little pokemons! \(^0^)/.
