Chapter 11

Crystal's POV

He went behind a tree, undressed, and began to shift. I heard pain filled cries and ran to him. I placed my hands over him and I could feel his pain start to reduce. Then with a few sickling snaps and pops... Ryden was his new wolf.

With a jet black coat and memorizing electric blue eyes I couldn't believe how spectacular he was, even more than before.

Immediately I shifted into my pure white wolf and we took off running after each other. After what felt like hours we changed back and decided to talk about this.

"So are these permanent changes?" he asked

"Yes. But we'll be even more bonded together than we already were even though we haven't completed the mating ritual. we will be able to feel each other's thoughts and emotions even more so."

"Perfect. We need to head back to the pack house. My Beta is calling me"Ryden said.

"Okay."

Ryden's POV

My new wolf was incredible! he had even more stamina than a normal Alpha wolf and was stronger as well. Never had I felt so exited and happy as I did when I got my new wolf and the first person to see it was Crystal. We ran on and on for hours. That was until My Beta was urgently trying to mind link me.

Once we got back to the pack house I asked what was the matter.
"Hunters are attacking!" he exclaimed

"Get all the women and children inside ad get all the best Warrior wolves out her NOW! Crystal you need to got with them and get under ground."

"No! I'm staying here to help you. you know well that I'm capable of defending myself and anyone else you know what my wolf can do." she answered furiously.

"Alright but stay where I ca see you and don't go anywhere secluded. A Luna is a great prize to Hunters and rouges alike." I said.

She nodded he head in compliance and took off to help. I shifted and when I did my pack members looked shocked as well as when they saw Crystal shift and she was at my side. They lost concentration for a split second but went back to fighting immediately.

We where winning and the hunters where retreating. Then I heard a loud growl followed by a scream and some snaps and looked over and saw the lead hunter dead with its blood and my mates muzzle.
