Wraphic 2018 [CLOSED]

Week 2

Hello again! We are back again with week two. Before we'd like to get into it, we do hope that you're enjoying the challenges we're setting for you to be able to write during these next few weeks.

We do ask however that you asap let us know of any inconveniences. Whether your partner may be on hiatus, or you're looking to use that free ticket pass!

For those of you who did Wraphic when it first launched in 2017. Yes, this challenge is briefly the same as the one we had before for a week two. We really enjoyed reading these kinds of entries and seeing the graphics also made, and we wanted to put a new twist on it!

[ PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY ]

Topic: A short mystery/thriller about a one of the following elements;

Fire
Water
Air
Earth
Electricity
Time

You cannot say what the element is called in your writing but you must describe it.

As of how you describe it is entirely up to you. Poetically, through a short one shot story, a mystery etc. Involving characters, or just one single point of view. You're free to choose.

Limit: 1,000 words. No more.

As for the graphic
This time we are not asking you to make a cover, but instead a manipulation. If you're unsure as of what a photo manipulation may be, then here are a few examples!

The formation of combining multiple images together to create one image as though it were perfectly fit together in the first place.

How to send to us: please send in your writing by PM. Either send us a link to a book (that has been specially created for this so it's easier for us to find OR written in an already existing Wraphic book/Oneshot or short story book) or send it to us in sections through PM. If sent by PM, I believe there is a 2,000 character limit so please label each part. Ex. Part 1/?, Part 2/?, etc.

Email us the graphic, as well as writing piece through to Graphicsilly17@gmail.com provided with your username, as well as your partners username.

A note: Please note that it would be very much easier for us if both the graphic, and writing piece were in the same place to send to us, or sent links to each in one message from one partner. Though standalone sending is fine.

The ticket pass is still available to everybody. Provided that you use three points as payment. Message us for more information if you wish to use it.

Points: You will be awarded 5 for handing something in to us. 5 for the outcome of your graphic, how well it fit with the prompt etc, and 5 for writing, consisting of grammar and punctuation, execution, the ability to fit to the prompt.

Overall 20 points awarded to this round.

Due date: August 24th 2018 at Midnight EST.

Extensions may or may not be provided.

Other: if you see this first before your partner, please tag them in the comments. Five teams will be eliminated for this round.
