Mariana's POV

" I'll call you?" Says Bryce as he walks out of my house and to his car. " Wow Mariana, I'm not surprised." Says Andrew as he walks up the porch. " Andrew it's been 6 months. Why do you care?" I ask.
"That's like the 5th guy I've seen this month." He says
"That's not your business." I sing as we walk inside.
" Mariana your always out partying and bringing new guys home. Do you even care anymore?" He asks me
" Well Andrew for starter's the man I love doesn't seem to care about be and the last year of sex came from a man who disappeared and left me with his kids. If this is how I cope then so be it. Why do you care?" I ask.
"Where are the kids?" He asks me. "They went with Natalies mom and dad this summer."I tell him. "Oh." He says. "Mhmm." "Mariana let's go out today?" He asks me. "Sure to were?" I ask. "Just go put on a shirt some shorts and sandals." He says. "Ok" I run upstairs and put on what he told me and ran back downstairs."ok let's go" I say as I the the scrunchie into my ponytail. We get in the car and he takes me to the beach. "Look here we are." He says. "This is the beach you proposed at." I tell him as I remember it. "It is but this is also the beach were we made our promise." He says. "We came here and look our hearts are still connected." He sets the shell down on the sand and walks over to a tree. He sits up against it. I sit in front of him. "What have you been doing these past years?" I ask him. "Same thing I was doing before you." He says. "Oh." I say . I lay my head on his shoulder and he flinches but relaxes. "You know Andrew the men I bring aren't just for fun." I tell him. "I know and that's why I haven't done anything about it." He says. " Can I tell you a story?" I ask him. "Yes" he says. "Once upon a time, there was a princess. One day she came home from shopping, when she walked in, there stood her princess. He took her away from her life and gave her a new one. A better one at that, she never wanted to love the but she did. She loved him.so much and one day she was told to never return to him. It shattered her. Everyday for 4 years she would cry her self to sleep in hopes her prince would come and tell her everything was ok, he never did come back. She found another man, yet he wasn't her prince. When she was with him she only ever saw her prince. Till this day she still loves him even if to late." I say almost crying. "Princess, I'm sorry" he says in a whisper. "Can we go?" I ask him as I stand up. "Of course, let's go." He says as stands and dust him​ self off. He drove me back home and we sat in the driveway​ for a minute. "Thank you Andrew."I say as I go to get out. I opened the door to get out and stopped. "Do you maby want to come in, and hang out?" I ask him. "Sure." He says as he shuts off the car. I walk up the door and open it for us. He walks in behind me and goes to couch and I lock doors. " What do you want to do?" I ask him "We could watch a movie, I have a bar downstairs, we could just talk it does matter" I told him. "Bar?" He asks. "Yea follow me." I say as walk to the bottom floor, down the stairs. We walked to the bar and sat at the stools. "What can I get you to drink sir." I say as I walk behind the bar. "A vodka on the rocks." He tells me. "Coming up." I pour his drink and give it to him. " I make my self an ice tea and sit. "Are you hungry?" I ask him. "Sure." He says as he down his drink. " You can get anything from behind the bar, I'm gonna go order a pizza."I tell him. I walk upstairs and go to the phone. I order a large pepperoni pizza. "Hello" I heard from behind me. "Who are you?" I ask the man that is standing behind me. "Oh you don't need to know who I am." He says. He walks closer to me and stops  "Get out of my house!" I yell at him. "Will do I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt would we?" He asks as he points down the stairs where the bar is. I ran down to the bar and Andrew was sitting there downing his drink. "Are you ok?" I ask him frantically as I grab his cheeks and turn his head. "Yea are you ok?" He asks me. "Umm" I look up the stairs and back at him. "Yea" I say almost as a whisper​. "Princess I should go." He says as he stands up to leave. I grab his hand and feel the Sparks and lightning run up my arm. "Please stay with me?" I ask him. "Ok princess." He says. He grabs his drink and we walk up the stairs and to the living room. "I'm sorry, I just don't want to be alone." I tell him as he sits on the couch. "Princess are you ok you seem panicked. " He says. "When I came upstairs a few minutes ago there was a man in my kitchen and he scared me." I tell him. I told him everything that guy told me. "It's ok princess, I won't let him hurt you." Andrew says I sit on the couch next to him. He wrapped his arm around me and I started to.doze off.
Ding dong
  I got up from the couch and went to the door. I payed for the pizza and took it and set it on the table in the living room. I sat back down and he grabbed the remote and turned on the TV. He put on a comedy but I was far too lost in thought to watch it. Why do I have the need for him to be around? Why does he feel like my home? Does he still care about me? "Princess your thinking out loud." He says

"Oh sorry." I say. " And yes princess I still care about you." He tells me. I smile. That night we fell asleep on the couch.

Morning

I woke up really warm. I tried to move a little bit, but I couldnt. I opened​ my eyes and saw Andrew asleep under me. I layed my head back down on his chest. "Princess, I know your awake." He says as I close my eyes and just lay there. "I am but I'm to comfortable to move." I say as I smile. "Ok we got to get up I have work." He says. I hesitate for a minute and get up. "I'll text you later princess." He says as he gets up and puts his shoes on. I just nod my head. "Bye Andrew" I say as I run up to him and give him a hug. "Bye princess" he says as he hugs back. He walks out of the door and I watch him drive away before I close the door. I go upstairs and get ready for the day.
