A few months had passed since the war ended. It was towards the end of the war that Bella and Hermione had disappeared and gotten married. They have happily spent the past few months snuggled on the couch, swimming, cooking, exploring the woods, and engaging in other activities.
Hermione was worried in the days leading up to them going to the court house to get married. On the day of the marriage Hermione was excited and overjoyed when the marriage was approved. Bella matched her enthusiasm by jumping around and then picking Hermione up and spinning her around.
They signed the papers and walked out before running back to an alley and apparating back to the tree house and falling on the bed and going back to sleep as Hermione and Bellatrix Lestrange.
