"Hey V!" yelled Leena, from across the lunch room. That's my only and I mean ONLY friend at
my school. Leena Highland. She waved me over to her table. She was sitting with her boyfriend
Craig Belling and his friend Daniel West. I've never met Daniel because he's the most popular guy
in school and I'm..........nothing. I'm pretty sure he has no clue who I am either. That's what breaks
my heart. No one knows who I am.
As I wheeled over to their table, everyone was staring at me. Litterally. Probably because
they've never seen me hang out with anyone before. "What's going on Koski?" said Craig, as I
reached their table. I laughed. "Not much Belling!" Oh god. I am such a loser. Ugh. I saw Daniel turn
his head and laugh. I tried to ignore the feeling of being embarassed, but it was pretty obvious that I
failed. Daniel patted his hands on the table, where he wanted me to sit. I wheeled over to the edge
of the table and sat next to Daniel. It was so.........awkward. I started eating my lunch so that it didn't
seem awkward. But, then again, I failed. Daniel laughed awkwardly. Then, to break the silence,
Leena said, "Awww! Love at first sight!" meaning Daniel and I. There was definetly no getting out of
this now.
