We arrive in the big apple..and figure out where demigods *Melony's POV*

On the plane, I and Melinda hated it.We mostly slept and colored, so it was pretty boring.But soon enough we got on our feet and falling as soon as we got off of the plane.I and Melinda had never sat for more than 4 hours, and it felt WEIRD.I did not like it, my sister didn't like it and we complained.As we walked through the airport to catch a cab I started to hear voices, weird voices, like whispery and haunting voices.I walked up to mom and said: "Mom, I'm hearing things, like voices talking to me." Mom's face went from fine to worried in three seconds flat, she soon collected her thoughts and said "Melony and Melinda, when we get to the hotel I will explain everything!" She said, her voice getting shaky.I, Melinda, and Mom hopped into a cab, and started talking "Mom, what were you talking about?" I asked, "I told you to wait." She replied, looking forward and not moving her gaze.When we got out of the cab, it was storming hard.We put our suitcases over our head to keep from catching some kind of sickness. When we reached the lobby, I and Melinda crashed on the couch, trying not to fall asleep so I can hear what mom had to say. When we got into our car, we also then tried not to fall asleep cause of reason's I don't need to explain it to you. When we sat down, mom started to get shaky, but she stayed strong "You're a...demi-god." She said, trying to keep her voice from shaking. Suddenly I and my sister had a bolt of energy. "What?" I exclaimed, then mom slunk in her chair "Your part god and part human." She replied, then looking out of the window "And you have to get out of here quickly, maybe tomorrow morning." She said, "Go to sleep, you'll be on a bus to camp in a little while." She said, climbing into bed without worrying about changing her clothes as we did the same
