"And that is why we're moving!" A black haired, pale man proclaims, opening his arms, a smile plastered to the camera. The brown boy scrunching up his face,
"Phil!" The boy had accidentally threw his hand into the face of his friend, who was not very pleased.
"Sorry, Daniel!" the brown haired boy only smiled as Phil giggled at the accident he had caused.
"Well before Phil abuses me anymore, I think we should wrap this up." Phil agreed, a small swish of uneasy swimming through him.
"Thank you all for all the amazing memories that have come from this lovely apartment, we will see you in our new home, bye!" And with that, Phil got up and turn off the camera, letting out a successful sigh. He began unplugging his equipment when he noticed dan who had planted his face into his palms, which was followed by a small, unsettling wisp which left his lips.
"Are you alright?" Phil asked, pausing his previous task.
"No, I have a migraine."
Phil felt bad. This was the third time this week Dan had had a migraine.
"I'll get you some water and a pain killer." Phil smiled, masking the sadness he felt.
"Thank you so much."
Phil quickly open his door and walked down the hall to the bathroom. A white bottle sat inside a cabinet. It only contained two more pills.
Phil grabbed one of the off-white tablets and headed to the kitchen to grab a bottle of water for his roommate.
Once he returned, Dan had sprawled himself across Phil's bed, his hands covering his eyes.
Any other time Phil would have done something silly like balance the pill on Dan's nose or spoke in an accent and said 'Here's your water, Danny!' but Phil knew this was no time.for jokes. Instead, he sat the two objects onto the bed side table and turned off the lights in his room, crawled into the bed, and pulled Dan close. Phil didn't want to worsen the already painful headache with stories, his voice like nails on a chalkboard to his sleepy partner's ears. He agreed to himself to just take off his glasses and say nothing.
The room fell silent, only the light sound of Dan's breathing filling the quiet air, alerting Phil the boy had fell asleep. He pulled the sleeping boy closer and closed his eyes, hoping to take both of them to a better place.
