Chapter 9

DOUBLE UPDATE!!!!

MARCEL'S POV

"Oh my goodness I can't wait to meet her." Niall squealed as him, Liam, and I sat in my living room and talked about my new arrival.

"Same." Liam sighed. "She seems so adorable."

"She really is. She's everything I could have wished for."

"Do you have a nickname for her yet?" Niall asked.

"No." I laughed. "She's only two weeks old."

"Well, my mom called me pumpkin head the day I was born."

"Because your head is so damn big." Liam said poking at it.

"Get off me!" Niall swatted.

"So?" Liam asked while laughing. "When is Louis going to be dropping her off?"

"Soon."

"Why is he letting you stay with her at only two weeks?" Niall asked.

"Because Danny has to go and get her three and a half month check up. Louis doesn't want Claire-Elizabeth to catch anything."

"Oh." they both nodded.

Just then, I heard a knock at the door.

"Oh my gosh, she's here!" Niall shouted and got up.

"Woe!" I said calming him down. "Sit. Let me get her. I don't want you to startle her."

"Oh, alright." He said rolling his eyes.

I smiled and then walked to my door.

I opened it to Louis holding our daughter in his arms.

"Hi Lou." I smiled.

"Hello Marcel."

"And hi Claire-Elizabeth." I said in a baby voice. "How is my one and only girl today?"

Of course she didn't say anything... but she did look at me with her blue-green eyes.

I looked up and saw Louis was trying to hide a smile.

He then passed her along to me and gave me her diaper bag.

"So, when will you be back?" I asked.

"Around 7:00. We wanted to go and get something to eat, you know, without the distraction of the little one."

"I understand." I nodded. "She'll be okay with me."

Louis smiled.

"Thank you Marcel for doing this. You're being such a great help."

"Anything for you."

Louis then kissed Claire-Elizabeth on the forehead and said, "Dada loves you princess. See you soon."

"Bye Lou." I then spoke.

"Bye Marcel." Louis waved and then walked back to his car.

I then closed my front door and walked into the kitchen to put Claire-Elizabeth's diaper bag up since most of it was food for her.

I then walked into the living room and saw a beaming Niall and Liam.

"Hi guys." I laughed.

"Hello, hello. Now sit!" Niall said with joy.

So I sat down on the sofa and they came over to us.

"Oh my, she's so precious." Liam said smiling with joy.
