Why's the world gone and ended,
Just like some common book?
Why's the truth so brutally candid,
Not a rose for the lives it took?
Why's the world gone and died,
Not but a scar in time.
The ocean's floating in the skies,
Could it be man's own crime?
Oh world, why've you done this?
Fear not, though, we will find a way.
We won't be scorched by sun's foul kiss,
No horseman could ever keep us at bay.
Man is a scourge you bear well,
And we will never fall.
Not even your sad excuse for a hell
Could ever take us all.
So crack the ground,
Smolder the skies,
Burn city and town,
Mankind never dies.
