Malorys pov:

I wake up to my alarm and glare at it chunking it across the room

"Kids up get up!!"the orphanage lady yells claping loudly might i add

"Can she be any louder"i whine in my head
"I dont know why dont you ask her"daren says back to me in my head

i roll my eyes at his come back cuddling more into my covers

"Get up"daren states

"N-"

My mink was cut off by being draged out of my bed

"Are you up now"my brother links to me smirking
I look at him angrily

"You suck"i link back and get up before throwing on some clothes i look into mirror to see the same bandage around my mouth

i look at my blood red eyes as i fix my hair before grabing my brothers hand and leading him down stairs

'If you havent guessed yet were not really normal my brother is blind amd im mute and if your about to ask why i have a bandage. My mouth was cut open and my vocal cords were cut out and my brother eyes were cut out so we always have to wear bandages so we developed a mind link between us im my brothers eyes and he's my mouth'

We get down stairs and the orphanage owner helps me help daren down the stairs before leading us to the kitchen she leaves us in a back room by our selves so we can eat and i take off my bandaige before eating yes i still can eat but were placed back here so we dont scare the other kids

"You can take your blindfold off shes gone"i link daren

he sighs a finally and takes it off showing his empty sockets it dosnt bother me anymore and we eat in silence when were done i put my bandage back on my mouth and i help daren put his back on as well
We go out and i grab our backpacks before we head to hell i mean school
When we get there we hop out of the orphange bus and onto the school lawn me and daren sit at a bench

"If it isnt the freaks"jared laughs
We ignore him

"You gonna ignore me blind boy"jared says picking on my brother i stand up and push him away glaring hard

"You little-"

The bell rings cutting him off

"Ill get you later mute"he threatens and walks off i roll my eyes and turn around to my brothers frowning face

"What the asshole diserved it"i link he smiles a bit at that

"If you keep fighting back itll only get worse mal"daren links back

"And if he keeps touching you and trying to take you blindfold off im going to kill him"i link daren sighs giving up

i feel as thoughs someone is watching us and look around seeing nothing before grabing my brothers hand and we walk to class

When schools over me and daren are held in for more time so the teachers can help us with some of our work amd we get outside to see the bus had left us and jared and his buddys were waiting out front

"Were going out back"i link to daren he dosnt question and we walk out the back door only for jareds buddys to suprise attach us grabing on to our arms we struggle against them as they bring us into the dark forest
