My Brother's Who?

Chapter 18- Once upon a time

Adam's Pov-
Elise was asleep next to me, her head on my shoulder. She whimpered softly and tears ran down her face. I could tell she was having another Nightmare. It hurt me to see my sister like this. I pulled her gently onto my lap and she stopped crying and smiled softly. Her head was resting against my shoulder and then she lifted her head slowly up.
"Adam?" She asked gently. I looked down at her. Her green eyes sparkled as they were rimmed with tears. Before looking away.
"Yes" I looked back down at her and saw tears coming from her eyes.
"Can you tell me a story?" She asked like a little kid. I smiled and she clapped her hands together before resting her head back on my shoulder.
"Once upon a time..."
-Story-
A young girl woke up to find herself trapped in the same place she had been in since the age of five. Sighing to herself she went on her daily routine, Trying to stay alive while hiding from her monsters. The king of the land came across this tower that the young girl was in and had the urge to climb it. Before doing so he told his fellow knights and told them to stay down there. He climbed the tower to be greeted by a scared young girl in the corner of the room, a monster coming down the stairs. He ran to the young girl and then took her from the monsters grasp to somewhere he could never get her. The king introduced her to the fellow knights and found out they all had a lot in common. The girl, Who's name was Eli met the princess of the castle and before long the King realised that the young girl was his sister and they had been seperated by the monsters that killed their parents. Minutes turned into Hours, Hours turned into Days, Days turned into months, Months turned into years and Years turned into an eternity of happiness.
-End of story-

I looked down at Elise who was looking up at me. Smiling I kissed her forehead.
"Was that about..."
"You and me? Yes. Yes it was" I cut her off and hugged her tight. Mitch came down the stairs and sat next to us. She laid her legs from their curled up position ontop of Mitch and giggled.
"I'm going to sing. Since it just you two here and we are having movie night soon. I'm going to sing..."

Short chapter yes I know but I felt like Elise and Adam wasn't together enough and the story is based off them two so year. I seriously nearly cryed writing this chapter. But anyway, Make sure to leave a vote and a comment if you enjoyed this chapter. See you soon Fireflys!
