Year 2120
Things are not the same anymore.
After the huge war in 2100 which led the two most powerful states into a monstrous nuclear fight over world control, life on Earth isn't like it used to be.
Only an eighth of the population had survived. The survivors led a difficult life, almost all cities were destroyed and very little of the once flourishing society was left.
But the higher-ups, the ones who had started the destruction, obviously saw it all coming. They managed to keep their technologies safe and even hope for further progress, in order to build a new world and a new and better society without any flaws.
This is the function of the Facility 003.
The facility where hopeless, dispirited young men and women arrive to find a new life.

Description
Built in 2102 after the sad events that marked human history, it has always provided with a safe place for young refugees.
There are 85 floors and a helipad is located on the rooftop.
Every young man and woman who arrives at the facility will be given an entire new and peaceful life. But to obtain it, they must reach the 85th floor.
'Do your part and a life we'll grant.' is the facility's motto.
The 85 floors can contain anything. Every floor is different from the others.
There is only one place where all people, from different floors too, can see each other: the canteen.
It's where they eat twice a day. Even though every floor has a different dedicated room, the walls are made of glass, making it possible to see the people in the other sections.
The canteen is not actually underground, as one might think, but it's situated outside the facility, in its courtyard, but the sky and sorroundings are covered by grey cemented walls, not leaving any trace of the outside world. The canteen has no windows.
Acts of rudeness, violence, rebellion and bullying are strictly forbidden. Heavy punishments will be imposed on anyone who doesn't respect the rules.
