1 } You must follow the form and complete the payment. If you happen to be denied, I'll speak about that later. The current payment is a PERMANENT follow and three honest critiques on one of my stories. The payment MUST be completed within 48 hours after I deliver your graphic. If not, your request becomes a premade. :)

2 } You can fill out the form in chapters where I say so. Don't go requesting on my message board, I'll most likely delete it. You can check out my FAQ section in the introduction of this book, but if you have any other questions, just pm me.

3 } I WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES MAKE A MATURE THEMED COVER. I DON'T LIKE TO AND THIS RULE APPLIES TO EVERYONE. EVEN IF I KNOW YOU WELL, I STILL WONT. YOU CAN'T FORCE ME TO DO SOMETHING I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING. Also I do fanfiction, but no bands. Just no. (EXCEPT TWENTY ONE PILOTS OR MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE OR PANIC! AT THE DISCO OR HARRY POTTER OR BOOKS IN GENERAL I WILL DO SCI FI FANFICS OR FANTASY! GO AHEAD IF YOU LIKE THEM)

4 } if you don't pick up your new cover within 3 days, it becomes a premade. No excuses.

5 } Don't thread hop or shop hop or cover hop. It isn't nice.

6 } You must use the cover for AT LEAST two weeks. If you want to change it, just pm me! And also if you don't like the cover, it's fine! Just don't be too critical about it.

7 } You get up to three redos if i made a mistake.

8 } If a premade is taken, don't request for it. I'll most likely ignore but I'll still try to be nice about it. Maybe you can make a custom request based on that cover, it just needs to have a few changes.

9 } DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK. It's so tiny, and it's just there to show that I made the cover. If you remove it, it's like you're saying you made the cover. That's not fair.

10 } I may do commercial work, but I'm pretty inexperienced so you may want to go to someone else for a commercially used book cover. If I do make you a commission, there won't be a watermark.

11 } be patient. I have a life too! But your graphic should be ready quickly, 2-4 days, or maybe an hour if I have the time!

12 } don't request while I'm closed.

13 } if you're rude to me in your request, I won't make you the cover. Just respect me and you'll be on my good side. :)

14 } your book must be published with at least three chapters, not including prolouges, author's notes, etc. also one cover at a time. This doesn't apply to a series.

15 } READ THE RULES! And to show that you did, in the "Anything Extra" section, write the password. Please be advised the password changes from time to time. The current one is your favorite color.
