Chapter One: SMILE!

Damien POV:

I paced quickly outside the classrooms of Gotham Academy to the destination where I am told to met the new member of the Teen Titans. The offspring of Superman himself, I was told by father that he will attend this academy from today forth and will be training with us to try and control his powers.

Obviously, I found this quiet annoying if I must say, a new person means more trouble and to that more problems to deal with.

With a sharp turn around a stone corner on my left a young boy much resembling his father with a plain and faded blue hat and professor glasses on sat against a wall looking at the sky.

"I assume your the person I'm was to meet here?" I asked with little to no avail to catch his attention. Clicking my fingers at him he gazed to my direction revealing his clear ocean eyes and wondrous look in them.

"And I assume you are the one who was to be Damien Wayne, was it not?" He asked back with a smile.

He then got up from his current position and stretched his hand out towards me with a friendly gaze,

"The names Jonathan Kent, nice to meet you!" I looked at his hand but did not return the gesture. Instead just stared at his hand until he knew that I wasn't going to shake it back. Lowering his hand slowly he then seemed to become a little anxious at the time and rubbed his neck.

Sighing I then faced him, "Yes, welcome to Gotham and also the academy, from today on you will be living in the Wayne Manor and will be training with us Teen titans and occasionally the Bats. Any questions?"

"Um, no. Not that I can think o-"

"Good, now come we have classes to attend. And here is your schedule." I said while beginning to walk and hand him his schedule.

Jonathan POV:

'Wow he's a total ass.' I thought.

When first seeing him he looked like a spitting image of his father Bruce Wayne, but with much more colder eye's.

Looking down at my schedule and classes I then felt excited to make new friends and to get familiar with the academy.

'Today's my chance to be a normal kid and enjoy my life as a child!'

"You will attend all classes with me so I can keep watch of you. I heard that you were quiet smart, am I right?"

"Ha ha I guess." I said trying not to seem full of myself.

After walking around a bit we arrived at our first class in which had already started. By the looks of it the class had seemed to be mathematics due to the complex equations on the board and the struggling yet bored students.

"Hello hello! Welcome Mrr..."

"Jonathan, Jonathan Kent. Its a pleasure." I said with a smile.

"Mr Jonathan Kent! Welcome to Gotham Academy, my name is Mr Nickle your mathematics teacher and I am sorry Mr Wayne had to greet you instead of the Headmaster, he had some business to attend to. Please please introduce yourself!" He insisted.

I faced towards the starring students and introduced myself.

"Hi my name is Jonathan Kent. I moved here just a while ago and I hope we all get along!" I said with a smile.

As speaking I earnt smiles and greetings from all the students, except for one.

A girl in the back corner of the classroom by the windows and was the only table in her row. She was gazing at the abnormally large clouds in the aqua blue sky, she ignored the others around her not even once noticing myself. She had H/L H/C hair and glasses on similar to mine in which blurred out her eye colour due to the suns glare.
