Jaelyn

Jaelyn would wake up, panting and grasping her chest. "That's what I get for watching the news all night..." She would get up from her bed and think It was her first day at her new school, she thought the same thing for the fourth time 'Another school, another expelling' she's walks out of her dark room which would be lined with element sightings from several conspiracy websites, she's locks the several keyholes and locks on her old door, she puts her bag over her shoulder and head downstairs, her eyes had huge bags under them almost like she stayed up for days on end. Her mother would be downstairs cooking for the go since she knows her daughter tends to just leave. They don't exchange any words nor even eye contact. Jaelyn just grabs her breakfast and leaves out the door without a word.

Jaelyn would look up at the sky, the sun almost made her tumble on her first step, "Its too bloody bright..." she says, grabbing her hood over her shoulders and pulling it over top her head. She walks out of her front lawn, her face stuck onto her phone, looking through several pages of element sightings. She would then stop hearing the bus which would take her directly to school, she would stop and sigh at the thought of actually communicating with people.

Jaelyn would hesitate before heading on the bus but she forces herself onto bus and goes to the seat furthest away from nearest person on the bus, she's sits, putting her headphones in and looking at her phone, once again at element sightings and she thinks to herself 'Why can't I find not even one, one like me...' – A few minutes would pass by and the bus would come to a halt, Jaelyn would thump forward from the sudden stop of the bus; "Last stop" the bus driver would say at her, gesturing to get off, Jaelyn would then grab her bag once more over her shoulder and leave the bus and into a courtyard. She was here.

Jaelyn would look around the school courtyard, the first thing she notices is the giant plaque with the words of 'EASTWOOD HIGH' labeled in a rusty bronze, she would then notice the people, the jocks, the divas and all sorts of cliques were around. She would then take a quick look at her timetable on her phone as the bell would ring, it sounded old and looked like it wasn't checked on years. Jaelyn would then walk slowly towards her new class and worse of all, her new classmates.

The halls of Eastwood High would be old and looked as if a war was fought in the halls but the people around made the place feel alive and even made Jaelyn smile a little but quickly frowned as she reached her classroom. She breaths in deeply and opens the door to the class. The teenagers around would be all talking in their cliques and Jaelyn would look around, feeling like she already was a outcast. She sits down on one of old and barely standing tables, as she grabs her phone from her bag, she notices a girl, it wasn't hard to miss her as her hair was pure white, in the far corner of room, simply looking at her made her feel the same way as if she looked at the sun itself. She quickly looks at her phone, her hood on. A few minutes later the teacher would come into room but also Jaelyn's fear, the time had come for her to introduce herself, "Hello Class, Good to see the summer holidays have left you refreshed and ready to learn", the jocks at the back could be heard blowing dry raspberries at the thought of learning. "As I was saying, welcome back but it also appears we have a new addition at our class, Mrs..?", Jaelyn would then speak up "Jaelyn, Miss.." "Why don't you come up and tell us a bit of yourself?" Jaelyn would cringe at the thought but simply goes up to the front of the class and turns around, her hands in her pocket. "My name is Jaelyn Makoto... I just came from Clermont Hill High..." Jaelyn would be looking at class but keeps making eye contact with the white haired girl at the back who seem to be far too interested in what Jaelyn had to say which made her feel even more uncomfortable, "And I hope I get to know you all...".

The class would look at the each other, talking about the 'new girl' but the white haired girl simply smiled as he watched Jaelyn walk down back to her table as the class began.

Time would pass and before Jaelyn would know it, it was lunch time, the class would all run out the door, Jaelyn following behind of the crowd but before leaving the teacher would stop her by telling her "Jaelyn, good work today, I expect great things from you" Jaelyn would put a small smile to the teacher "Thank you, Miss.." she says, walking out of the classroom.

Jaelyn would once again find herself in the hallways of the high school, she would follow the follow the large crowd who seemed to follow someone to cafeteria, there were too many people to make out their leader but she didn't care that much to find out, she finds the cafeteria, thanks to the large group of people, following their 'leader'. She would break off from the behind the group. She would then make her way to a lone table and sit down, again, drowning herself into her phone till suddenly a person sits down on her table. It was the white haired girl and it seemed she was the one leading the group, Jaelyn knew this by the group who seemed so confident suddenly dispersed as she came to her.

"So Jaelyn, what are you listening to?" Jaelyn would then put a questioned look at the girl, "Ah Linkin Park... ummm who are you?" The girl would perk up and smile while putting out her hand "My name is Anastasia Petrova. Nice to meet you".

Jaelyn would reluctantly shake Anastasia's hand, till suddenly, Jaelyn would feel a aura, something familiar with her yet different, there was no denying it as they touched, Jaelyn's expression would be shock, almost letting her jaw dropped but she noticed Anastasia's expression, the same as her own. She finally knew... Nothing denying it, She just found another element...
