sylvia's p.o.v

I woke from my stupid alarm and got up for school. Today is my last day of school before summer break. I got my clothes out, my denim white shorts, my Taylor Caniff shirt, and my white vans. I brushed my long brown wavy hair and didn't put any makeup on because I don't like the feeling of it on my face.

I walked into the kitchen and was suprised to see my sister cooking. "hey where's mom?" I asked. "She went out of state for the studio." My mom owns a dance studio and sometimes leaves to help other studios. I dance as well but when my mom is gone the studio is closed. "how long will she be gone?" "until next month."

I hate when my mom is gone because my dad tends to be a jerk sometimes. My older sister is the only person that comforts me. After I got done eating my bacon and eggs I left for school. I rode my penny board cause it was a nice day. School went by really fast and my dad picked me up.

"Why did you pick me up?" He looked at me with a sad expression. I hope nothing bad is going to happen.
