Background Info.
My name is Greta Wilson. I am 13 years old and in seventh grade. I live in Chicago, IL. I am known as the pretty and athletic girl at my school. I guess that's how it has to be. I am also the popular one. I have many friends, but I like to stick with a small group of friends. My best friends are Elaina, Faith, Britney, Kenzie, Frankie, Kaelin, Cory, Dylan, and Drew. This school year has sucked so far. My ex-boyfriend Josh is a total jerk. I just wish we could all leave this place and go somewhere happier.
Gretas POV:
I seriously wish i can leave this place. Its been the worlds longest winter here. We are almost done with school and there's still snow on the ground. It makes me so aggravated. I am stuck inside and all my practices have been cancelled because of the snow storm coming tonight. Great! I guess ill just invite the girls over there's nothing better to do.
(Phone Call With Elaina)
Greta: Elaina come over now!! I'm so bored.
Elaina: Faith and Brit are with me, is that okay if they come?
Greta: Of course.
Elaina: On our way! I have some news...
(Phone Call Ends)
It takes less than a minute for the girls to get over to my house since Elaina's my neighbor.
Elaina: Hey G!! How are you?
Greta: Not to bad. I just want to leave. This place is boring me.
Britney: We will go somewhere when schools over, I PROMISE!
Elaina: Actually guys i have some news...
Faith: Please don't say your moving again!! You cant leave us now.
Elaina: Actually its the opposite. We are going to Florida this summer, our parents are sending us to stay with my Aunt for a whole month!
Greta: That's awesome!
This just turned my day around fast. I cant wait to start packing. This is going to be so exciting! I cant wait...
Britney: EARTH TO GRETA, ARE YOU IN THERE?
Greta: Sorry just thinking about Florida again.
Faith: I know its exciting, I can't wait.
Elaina: Back to what we are talking about, G we are getting new neighbors!
Greta: Really, when are they coming? I didn't know that the Thompson's sold there house.
Elaina: Actually I'm really excited. Its my moms best friends family, she sold them the house. There the sweetest kids. Not to mention that there famous... but don't freak there just like us.
Faith: What do you mean they're famous? Who is it?
Britney: WHO IS IT TELL US LAINE!
Elaina: Its the Grier's. You know Hayes and Nash. Yeah that's them. There really sweet kids. Oh and Hayes is going to school with us. Just act normal. I'm going over there tomorrow after school. You should come with me G. Since your gonna be neighbors with them too. You will really like them.
Faith: OH MY GOD!! THIS IS A BIG DEAL! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US EARLIER.
Elaina: Guys just calm down there regular teenage kids. I got to go guys, see you tomorrow at school.
Britney: Elaina can your mom give me a ride home?
Faith: Yeah same.
Elaina: Lets go! Lets go! Bye G see you tomorrow morning.
And with that my best friends are gone. I'm actually really excited to meet Hayes and Nash. They seem really cool. They are just regular teenagers and we should treat them like it. Not fan-girl like crazy around them. Maybe we will be friends and get along.
I decide to jump in the shower. I blast my favorite song " Stay High" singing along in my awful voice. I don't care. I love to sing. I hop out of the shower split my hair in two sections and braid it. I jump in bed and cuddle up with my huge bunny that Faith bought me. And with that i dose off.
