Life is unpredictable,
This is all I can say.
The needle of the clock shifts,
The equations of your past drift.
People around you sway,
But their memories stay.
Everyone told me,' The time waits for none.'
At that time, It seemed to me like some pun.
Who knew the time would change so fast,
My desire to be forever, won't long that last.
After all this, there is only one thing that I know,
Life is unpredictable, you never know.
Seasons and people come and go,
But you feel their importance when they are no more.
People you love, get lost in the storm of time,
They are stashed so apart in the darkness of the night.
You wander around in search of their voice,
In the land full of darkness where Silence is the only noise.
The only thing that I can say,
Life is unpredictable,
Equations of the past shift,
But the memories you had stay.
